It took me a few moments to narrow down my selection and when the waiter came for my order, I had 3 items I couldn't decide on. It was either fajitas, arroz con pollo or huevos con chorizo. I told him what I was interested in and he said to go with the arroz con pollo because there is chicken, veggies and rice, it has everything. My waiter, Phillpe, was so right in suggesting that dish. When it came out, it was amazing. The chicken was loaded with all kinds of sautéed veggies on top with a side of rice, sour cream and guacamole. He was spot on. This dish was amazing. The chicken was so flavorful, the veggies were moist and perfect. I took leftovers home and had them for dinner the next evening. If you do not try this place, it would be a mistake. This place was so colorful as you would expect it to be. For me having a knowledgeable waiter is so very helpful when you can't quite decide what to eat. I was so glad I stopped in to try this place. It is worth a visit and really putting it on your restaurant rotation. Phillipe, you are amazing at your job and should be recognized. You love your job and your knowledge of the food is amazing.
