I have never been to this place before and never heard anything about it, which is a shame, since Im always looking for new authentic places to try out. Im really happy now We had two starters (Korean dumplings and beef rolls), which were already amazing. The waitress already brought us additional side dishes like kimchi and potato salad, everything really yummy as well. As a main dish we had a special Korean egg dish with shrimps and a rice dish called Bibimbap with beef and an egg sunny side up. Also, the Kimbap, the Korean version of sushi, was excellent. Moreover, we judge Korean food on Kimbap and Kimchi and this was one of the best we ever had. We had really high expectations since our Korean friends cooked those dishes quite often and it was delicious. But the restaurant did not disappoint us, the food was great! As a dessert we had fried rice cakes with sweet and spicy sauce. It was definitely worth trying but also very new for me as a European. Interesting enough: we were some of the only "non-Koreans" there. All the other people apparently knew the place and appreciated its uniqueness. So please go there if you are a food lover and discoverer like me

It was kind of a last minute decision to go here. For these circumstances the food was quite acceptable. The food was provided together with some pickles and the prices are acceptable. The bibimbab was tasty and as I'm used to from other good shops. It also seems like they offer a traditional Korean grill here but we weren'thungry enough to order it. The service was a bit slow but it was mostly due to other guests being a bit slow on the uptake and not able to speak any language except from their own.

    Asian Temple - Bami Goreng

Food: I ordered the Bami Goreng, which is an Indonesian noodle dish, similar to pad thai. I have to say, it was actually quite good, as the noodles were cooked well and I have no complaints about the chicken and veggies in the bowl. The portion size was decent, although it was definitely a bit overpriced, at 499 CZK (~22 USD). Environment: It is very clear that this place is catered toward tourists. The decor is sort of a lavish yet tacky / stereotypically Asian style. For example, there is a gold Buddha statue, bamboo, fish tanks, and more along those lines. That being said, in all honesty, it was actually a kind of nice and comfortable environment. There is dim lighting with red accents, creating for an intimate vibe. The restaurant has a large interior. In addition to dining areas, there are also lounge areas for people to just chill / hang out. Service: The staff are friendly and the service speed is quick. This was probably helped by the fact that there were only a handful of other tables occupied when I was there. Overall, I have to first give Asian Temple credit for actually serving food late at night, unlike other places that (even if they appeared open) had their kitchens close early. On top of that, the food and environment were surprisingly good. It's definitely a touristy (and therefore kind of overpriced) place, so I wouldn't recommend specifically planning to come here, but if it's late at night or for some reason you really just want Asian food, then Asian Temple is a decent choice.
