I insisted they were not and she told me I have a bad attitude. Her attempt to fix the situation was that she was going to put the 2nd prescription on both pairs. I told her that's not what I ordered and not what I paid for. I asked for my money back and she told me there would be a 25% restocking fee. So now I have to pay $475 for their mistake. I'm taking them to court.

Today I get a package with one box of contacts there should be two boxes. I have had nothing but problems with this eye center and the doctor. why he couldn't get the right contacts the first or second time. This is my third time to get the correct prescription I have been back to the office and told them I won't be back. Do not buy your contacts there you can get them cheeper on the internet and use your insurance too. I truly hope you get the right prescription the first time. I couldn't even get those incorrect contacts in my eye. It took me over twenty minutes to get one in. hopefully I will get the other box they owe me. I have two boxes of that I cannot use. One was $115 and the other one was $119 so that pretty much sucks being out that kind of money.
