I'm not a fan of pain, so I appreciate the extra numbing before every procedure. Unfortunately, I had a really bad root canal that started giving me problems before my first appointment, so I was worried Dr. Nguyen wouldn't help me until after my first visit. Thankfully, they prescribed me meds to help with the pain. Everyone is very knowledgeable & they make you feel like family from the moment you step foot in the door. The office is always clean and they have a cute and well-organized coffee station. After 1 root canal & 12 fillings - I know 12 is a lot - my teeth feel & look 10 times better. After no wait at all, I was welcomed by the young lady who was ready to do exrays and clean my teeth. She could not have been any kinder, or more thorough, throughout my entire exam. I told them who to contact; however, since I wasn't getting anywhere, I went to a postal/fax place and did it myself. Literally went to Brident office on Main to check on this. No, no, no. I had made changes to the form by correcting a date and adding the correct Dr. I assume they completed a new form and faxed to my cardiologist. My cardiologist sent them a consent letter. While I was in ofc checking on it, Ofc staff told me and told me they could not accept the letter bc it did not cover peri-operative and what meds I could take. I contacted My cardiologist and he replied that he had never (ever) completed a form from another dr and that his letter was sufficient for all other practices requests. So I cannot get in touch with them. I literally think they are not accepting my calls. All I'm trying to is to pay Brident on Main for a cleaning and a $2000 crown. Perhaps they have decided to refuse service to me, but can't be bothered to let me know. Some of this review is out of order and I have left out some other snarky comments from staff. So, I'm left finding a new dentist. I'd like to use the ofc on Cullen, but I can't get thru to them either. I think Brident lost my $2k.
