In my dental history I have never had a cavity, until I met Dr Geaccone. On my first visit, he identified 3 even though I did not have any pain or issues. After being filled, I then gained sensitivity and pain in one tooth. Upon my second visit, to my surprise, ANOTHER 3 teeth that he found potential for cavities!!! A very bad service from this dentist, I passed my first opinion with a good score because only 1 day had passed of the crown implant and the filling of a molar, but as the month passed, I did not feel comfortable with my crown. They put an implant not molded to my mouth this much big, in fact the implant protrudes and now does not fit with the beautiful orthodontics that I had done years before (better that it is a molar and not a front tooth) With my crown experience (I've already had three) I can talk about the bad job, 1. Very busy doing his job, 2. I take out a mold that was supposed to be to make a crown according to my mouth and my molar but it did it for nothing, because it is a molar that came in a predetermined standard that looks totally false despite being with a good material (I think it is a good material, although with this experience I doubt it) 3. He put an aluminum crown on me so that the space that already existed would not be lost. I thought the idea was good, but in my experience, it only takes a week to make the crown, not a whole month. I told myself that maybe they had a lot of clients and they were busy. 4. He gave me a filling because I had cavities. 5. The following month I was very happy to go to the dentist to put the crown on, the dentist did not take long, he put the crown on me and told me "That's it" 6. I asked him if he could clean my teeth, because I had already paid for it the previous month and I didn't have more time to work since I had another appointment at that time, he did it very quickly, I really did not feel that he did a good job. 7. He didn't hand me a mirror to see the work, he just sent me out of his office! I thought I had to get used to the crown but 3 months later I can't, that means it did a lousy job, the crown that put the base on me is small but the rest of the molar is thick which makes the food get in between the teeth (and we all know that it is a big problem that causes a lot more cavities to occur). And to complete my beautiful experience (sarcasm) I dropped the filling that was supposed to last me at least 1 year and now I have a huge hole in the molar that is next to my crown. I will definitely change my dentist, I feel sorry for the women he works with because they are very kind. read more

Poor experience with this Dr. He came across as very arrogant and condescending. His waiting room ia very small and dark, which is extra frustrating when there is a loud patient in there waiting with you. He tried to convince me into having a bridge done even after I explained I'd rather have an implant. On the good, they did take thorough xrays and did a fair cleaning. The final straw was how he spoke to my daughter. She has sensory problems and he threatened to strap her down to the chair next time so he could finish the procedure! No, you won't!! Time to find a gentle pediatric dentist. There's so many options out there for dentists....sorry I wasted my cleaning on this one. read more

Installed 3 crowns that had to be replaced within 3 years due to being incorrectly sized, installed poorly or just bad shape. Had decay under one which never should have happened if it was cleaned/prepped properly in the first place. read more

I hardly ever have to wait for Dr. Geaccone and he is always kind. I gave them 4 stars only because they keep telling me about Invisalign or whatever their version of that is...I know it would help straighten my teeth but I don't want to fork out the money for it. It's all about good dental health though, so no real complaints! read more

This was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, no hidden costs, and there were TVs on the ceiling to watch during the cleaning. The dentist himself did the cleaning, not one of the nurses. The only reason I'm not going 5 stars is because at the end, the dentist told me I needed a mouth guard for teeth grinding and seemed to order one up for me without discussing the costs or how much insurance would cover first. However, I told him I was moving out of state so he called off the mouth guard. Very pleased with the experience. read more

this was the worst experience with any doctor in my entire life. I had an initial appointment because of a very painful wisdom tooth, I got around 18 X-rays and had the dr look at my teeth and he said my wisdom tooth just needed to drop down a little more and we could pull it, he said maybe a month. I said okay but let him know how badly it had been hurting me so he said okay we can go ahead and remove it and my other two that had come in. We set an appointment for 3 extractions a full mouth deep cleaning and my fillings. A couple days before my next appointment I called the office and said I didn't have enough money to do everything at once so I would like to post pone the deep cleaning until the next month, the lady on the phone said it was no problem and confirmed we would just do the fillings and extractions. When I went in for the appointment, the girl at the front re confirmed everything and charged me for the fillings and extractions, I even had my dad schedule the day of work so he could drive me to and from the appointment. When I got in the chair with the dentist he said okay, we are doing your deep scales and fillings right? I said no, I had cancelled the cleaning and just want to do the fillings and extractions today. He wouldn't listen and made the comment that I would need to see an oral surgeon for that and any regular dentist that would offer to do teeth extractions was a joke. I told him then I will only do the fillings that day and I need my money refunded for the extractions.. He put his hand up in my face and told me to wait a minute so he could talk to my dad about it.. I'm 26 years old, there was no reason to speak to anyone but me. My dad was just a ride. He still didn't listen and my dad said he would help me pay for the deep cleaning and to go ahead and just do it. Reluctantly I did.. Dr. geaccone did not offer anything to numb my mouth for a full deep cleaning under my gums or for the fillings (which I had 5 I believe) he just kept getting stern with me about not moving because I didn't want to have to get a shot to numb my mouth because the shot would really hurt. I have never felt that kind of pain in my mouth in my entire life. And while all this was going on he kept criticizing me for not have coming to the dentist sooner, my dad told him twice to lay off because I am a single mother who works over 40hrs a week and my kids come before my needs. I also got to know that dr. Geaccone is an extremely right wing republican who absolutely hates the president and how worthless he is and how horrible the country is. On that one, I myself am not a fan of the president but that was so unprofessional to try and Condem me for putting the dentist on the back burner and to go on about politics in such an offensive way. At one point I even told him if I had the money I would have been to a dentist sooner, but seeing how I had been hospitalized a few times the prior year for other medical reasons and had not had any insurance it just wasn't in the cards.. His response was to tell me I should be more responsible and save my money for the dentist.. That was the second time my dad told him to lay off. After it was finally over a girl wrote a prescription for mouth wash and said she would call it in after lunch.. This was at 11:15, my dad and I ran some errands and at 2pm went to pick up the mouth wash... Nothing had been called in. I called the dentist and was hung up on... So we waited another 30 min and called again. The girl said she had just got in from lunch and was calling it in right then.. Great, so we waited another 20 min in the Parking lot before going back in, it's almost 3 now. I went to the counter where the had to tell me again no one had called. Angry we left and I went home, at 3:30 I called the dentist again to ask where my prescription was and the same girl that said she did it earlier so oh yeah I did it hours ago... No ma'am you did not. I then called the pharmacy to see if they called and they said yes just a few minutes before I had called. The whole thing was awful from start to finish.. After my procedures where done, no one explained any after care to me, all I had was a brief run through from the forms I read that they had me sign while already in the chair.. By 4:30 my mouth started bleeding, heavily it bleed all the way until 8am the next morning. I had blood on my face, pillows, sheets, and some on the wall from when I woke up at 4 am because I was chocking on all the blood in my mouth. It was horrible.. I would never recommend this "dentist" to anyone ever. When I finally got to an oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth pulled, I bleed for maybe an hour at it was minimal.. Nothing like I did for the deep cleaning I got that I should have been thankful for since as he put it, is the most gentle dentist around. read more

Got an appointment at 2 but decided to make it at 3 and they're were fine with that which was great for me. The front lady was very nice and answer all my questions. Call my name for my x rays and everything went well the young lady was also very nice. Then later wait for the dentist for my clean up very nice guy and answer all my questions and got my clean up good. read more

It was our first time visiting Gary. He is a great Dentist. I found him to be honest on his diagnosis. He spent almost one hour and half with me and my wife explaining everything. I recommend this great doctor to everyone. We are going back to have more work on my wife teeth. read more

This is the DIRTIEST UNSANITARY dentist offices I have ever experienced. There where cob webs in all the corners on the floor. There looked to be rodent or bug droppings near the windows. The counters and tables that held the dental instruments had dirt and dust. I ran my finger across the table that had my teeth cleaning supplies on it and my finger collected enough dust to cover my finger. The glass cabinets had tons of finger prints and smudges and white splatter spots. The computer next to my head had a plastic cover over it that was covered with white smudges and splatter. Mind you I had not oral care done yet. I'm so disgusted. I did not allow them to clean my teetg. I will never return. I wish the health care dept would come and investigate before someone gets sick. read more

Dr. Geaccone is a real good dentist. After chemo I needed a lot of work. Pricing is very fair and the quality of workmanship is exceptional. He is a bit quirky but that is okay. When you get to know him he is actually quite humorous. Yes, his waiting room leaves something to be desired and there is dust on his fan blades but really who cares when the quality of his work is so good.
