Buyer beware all sales are final even if the item is damaged , so I was told that they check all inventory before they sell it on the floor. Lies!!! So I was looking through some records and I found s couple and pulled them halfway out to check for scratches they looked OK so I went ahead and bought it when I got home I discovered that 1 of the records was warped severely, so I decided to call them and let them know this even though I knew all sales were final I was not expecting anything so when I spoke to the person on the phone they said that Didn't checked the item before they cashed me out and that I could bring the item back and Exchange it for a new record. So the next day I went to the store and the 2nd I opened the door the owner of the store verbally assaulted me yelling at me that all sales are final!!! Pointing to the sign also that I checked record before I left. He refused to let me talk or even show him the obvious damage on the record when I mentioned the phone call he said the guy is new so he doesn't know better and that if he exchanges an item for me that he has to exchange an item for everybody. Come on a $3 record (For cover damage) guys do not shop here if this is how he treats someone over a $3 item imagine if you buy something more expensive and try to return it!!!!!! read more

WARNING OWNER HAS EXTREME ATTITUDE AND NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IF HE THINKS YOU WONT SPEND A LOT OF MONEY Was here today with my fiancé looking for some video games to buy for his birthday and the first man we interacted with was wonderful a really great man but when he had to help another customer The owner came over to "help" us. He started off by making little comments about how he had never played a video game in his life and he was proud of that and we thought that he was just being funny but then my fiancé asked how much he was wanting for a few games and he said he's only gonna give him one offer to wait till he's done looking. (The only reason he asked what he wanted was to know what his limit was for how much he could spend) We get to the counter and he gives my fiancé a price and says I want to know what you think is fair because what matters is that you're happy. So my fiancé gives out a price that he thinks is fair and the owner says no that the offer the owner gave was more than fair and was saying how my fiancé was taking up too much time to think about what games he wanted to buy that he bought a condo faster than him looking at games all while still making rude comments and giving a tone (my fiancé said he just needed a minute to think about what he wanted to get and the owner was making these kinds of comments about him taking long when only a minute had passed) other customers were coming in at this point and the owner started to give attitude saying he has other customers to help and then we finally decided on a couple games we are going to get and after all that time we were in the store he didn't tell us at all when we came in there was no signs anywhere and when we were talking about buying games they did not say anything about being cash only, it doesn't say anything online either so when my fiancé said oh I didn't know that, no one told me I don't have cash on me the owner just put the games in a different pile of other games and walks away. I can't fit everything that happened in here but I was baffled by the passive aggressive comments he was making and the ATTITUDE!! read more

Horrible experience... wanted to look at some jewelry and did plan on purchasing. The guy who helped me was an absolutely horror show. Asked me what I was up to? Said I was making him concerned... He began acting very odd, scary and paranoid...Because I didn't like the first piece he showed me... 'I hate working with re-saleErs ' he said. I told him I had no idea what he was talking about. He got loud and aggressive. I felt unsafe and walked to the door immediately where he took his time in letting me out the locked door. read more

My boyfriend and I just left this store and had an awful experience. He has been looking to buy a Nintendo switch and asked to check out the one at this store. We were totally polite and excited to check out this store. He then asked if he could plug it in and make sure it works etc, at which point the person helping us essentially told him that he's not going to put in the "time and effort" it takes to plug in the switch unless he committed to buying if it does in fact work. He asked if he is definitely going to buy it if it works because he's not plugging it in just so we can play around with it and check it out for fun, and said it in such an incredibly rude way. My bf said well yes that's the idea, the discussed price and he said the price is firm (which is totally fine) but the way he spoke to my boyfriend was so disheartening. We probably would have ended up just buying it even if he hadn't gone down in price and if everything worked fine, but just the way he spoke to him as if he was just wasting his time was so rude and ridiculous. He was absolutely intending on purchasing a switch and it's the main reason we went into the store, but the way he was disrespected was so upsetting and unexpected that we're both not interested in ever giving this person any money. I recommend this store if you enjoy being talked down to and disrespected for no reason. read more

Eek - this place has little to offer - very old stuff and priced high. Also they locked the door and have to let you in - never been to a place quite like that before! The people at Manchester Pawn shop are very rude. read more

Got a 45 inch tv here for 200 bucks.. Thats unheard of. Great people that work here. They have payment plans too.
