This visit did not disappoint. The store and the inventory is absolutely beautiful, however, it's the quality of the people who stand behind the counters that sparkle. I got to try on a bunch of different bands and see probably 10 different variations of custom designs digitally as well as try on 2 wax molds before picking my ring to make sure it was perfect. When I finally got to see the ring in person, it was even better than i'd been picturing in my head! I'm so happy with it and our experience with Bellman's, we'll definitely be back for wedding bands!

I understand resizing can get rid of those but at least warn people. They didn't tell us there was a chance to get rid of it and never bothered to tell us when we picked it up that it was gone. When we noticed they offered to engrave it there- so when they did that it was completely crooked and huge on the ring. It looked terrible!

She brought several rings passed down from my grandmother. The rings aren't worth much money, but they are incredibly meaningful to my mom. We met Micah who was very patient and kind with my mother. He seemed to understand the importance of this visit and went above and beyond to make it a great experience for both of us. My mom ended up cleaning and fixing some of the old jewelry and she got a new ring. This was a very meaningful day and so appreciative for Micah's help and special attention.

His work was clean and efficient, it took 3 weeks when originally said one week but that wasn't a problem. He also tightened the prongs and cleaned them. They're closed on Monday even though Google says it's open. Will definitely come back for checks and jewelry cleaning and maybe get one custom made piece.

The salesman honestly discouraged us from getting a repair, and made an attractive offer on a new watch, however my wife felt the watch was precious to her and sought to have it repaired. After a couple of weeks, the store manager contacted her to tell her their jeweler had told him the watch wasn't worth repairing. She asked him to try again. He sent it to another jeweler, who told him he couldn't get parts for it. Although she is disappointed with the verdict of the jewelers who worked on her watch, we are both convinced that Pearson's gave her request serious effort and she is now satisfied that she cannot have a precious gift repaired. While she's sad, she is satisfied that every effort was made. We can't ask for more. The watches and jewelry in this shop were high quality fine work. We'd recommend them for the quality of their merchandise and their low pressure approach to customers and conscientious service.

I don't miss the ring. it puts a sort of smirk on my face, thinking about Jewelry and how people think it's a good investment, when in fact you will never get even close to the spot price on any piece. Chances are you'll lose your platinum band at the beach, or whatever. you'd be better off to buy a gold nugget on eBay than what you think is valuable. this place is a step up from the lead and cadmium gold clad jewelry of Zales at the mall, that's why you get one star, out of 5.

Gary inspected the ring in great detail and made a recommendation to remove some of the shank and rebuild it, as well as to place tension springs to prevent spinning and slipping. He took his time to measure my finger for the optimal fit. I was told by another jeweler that all of my prongs needed replacement and I wanted a second opinion. Gary again took his time to inspect all the prongs and reassured me that they didn't need replacement. I was very glad for his honesty. The next business day, Gary fixed the ring in 3-4 hours and it came out beautifully. I was so nervous previously to entrust someone with my ring, but I felt at ease. Gary offered that I stay and watch the entire process. He told me to inspect my gemstone carefully after his job was complete as general good practice after having my jewelry worked on! I am so happy with the end result and strongly recommend this jeweler. The key factors that impressed me most were honesty, trustworthiness, attention to detail, patience, mastery of his craft, and sharing of knowledge/providing an understandable rationale for his decision-making.
