Some years ago Stemmle did work and gave us the option to have the invoice mailed. Four days later their office called at 7:30 AM waking up my wife while tearing into her - nasty! This was in violation of VA DPOR regulations. The invoice arrived the next day. The last time we had Stemmle do work at our residence, it involved two technicians spending 10 minutes to snake our drain. They charged over $500. Clowns. We are done.

The service was thorough, and they listened to my questions and answered /explained if I had concerns. They job area was cleaned after work and they wore masks because of the CoViD-19 time and expressed they had had their shots as well. I've called them from a distribution box that's wasn't sealed on my my house being built in 1958 to just basic hearing of constant water running and I needed it checked. I've had them come out for major to basic work m, and have been impressed both times. Timeframe of work 2019-2021. Hope this helps

As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

Also they wore little booties, so as not to track thru house, came on time, (little early, but ok) and got work done fast. Before they left they turned on dryer to make sure it worked, and it did. I had clothes dryer ductwork cleaned (reasonable), not HVAC air ductwork, which they also do, plus they change out boots under vents in floor if you need that too. So I think I will use them again in the future for those other things. They seemed to know what they were doing, but time will tell.
