This year, I had a plumbing inspection by a third party who informed me that due to code, I needed an expansion tank for the heater. I called Mr. Rooter to inquire and they sent the original plumber to inspect. They agreed to install the tank at no cost to me other than for the tank and pipe, which I did not purchase the first time. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I had a horrible experience when they replaced…read moremy bathtub with a walk-in shower. 1) The job took 3 days instead of 1. 2) Measurements were all wrong, so my tub and drywall were removed before I was told that they did not have a shower kit that would fit the space needed. Only the shower pan fit. 3) I still need to find someone to finish the walls. 4) The icing on the cake of my bad experience was that they made some long scratches on my hardwood floor, yet are refusing to take responsibility for it because there were already some older scratches. They are totally disregarding the evalution that my flooring guy gave and continue to focus on the older scratches and say that they cannot take responsibility for them because there were already older scratches... they used no flooring protection, not even a drop cloth or paper, yet they take no responsibility for the damage. 5) No professional personel. I was sworn at by the technicians when I showed them the damage of the floor. When I called the office to report the damage, they said that they would send their flooring guy to evaluate it, but the "customer service representative" came to take some pictures but mainly came to pressure me into paying instead. He said that the owner would not address the damage until I paid in full, even though that is the only leverage I have other than leaving a bad review.. so here I am leaving a bad review.
