I state this in terms of consistency with professionalism, quality of work, communication, and truly valuing their clientele - testimony from several past reviews. My initial call and further exchanges in conversation involved Wes. He was always accessible, extremely polite, professional, understanding, accommodating, consistent. Great guy! Further, my situation wasn't an emergency but required a technician within a few days. He explained that their crews were tied up on large projects but managed to make an exception and tend to my requirement within a two day time frame. This was for my convenience, not their's. Nadi was the tech who arrived. He was polite, professional, and did high quality work. The charge for the work was both transparent and extremely fair. He said he would make me the first appointment in his day as it was so urgent. I really appreciated this as it looked as the water had been running from my yard into the ditch at least all night. He came within the hour and it was determined that I had a water meter leak or break. Thankfully the break was found to be on the county's side so the county will handle the repairs and I do not have a high water bill coming to me.
