So yesterday was the open day for The Roses .Me and my friend went there at 7.00 pm and bought the tickets. We went early and waited for the show to start but 10 minutes went by and no movie on yet then one of the movie viewer decide to get up and tell them the movie wasn't on so they repond And they said they would start soon. We realize that another 10 minutes had gone by again and a total of 20 minutes. Still no movie and same guy when back and found out they could fix the screen and will refund us now.Now I'm really disappointed by wait all that time after working a long shift from work.No compensation for all that inconvenience.Get it together since you mit lose a regular customer.

What was the last Tom Cruise movie you watched?!

Nice theatre. We parked in the back and walked around to the front entrance. There's also an alley looking sidewalk where you can take a shortcut to the entrance. Big. Clean. Newer. Not busy when we went to see MI The Reckoning. We went on a Wednesday evening and got a senior discount. (Yes, there ARE some perks when you get older!). The theatre wasn't busy and the seats were comfortable. The employees at the snack bar were helpful and friendly. Many theatres. Safe parking lot. Soooo many charging stations.

If you go late to watch a movie it's best because you basically have the whole place to yourself. We watched the movie with Daniel O'Day, Anemone . Hard to grasp the drama behind this movie. Some weird stuff happens that almost gives it a Sci-Fi feel to it but it just doesn't fit the narrative. I do t recommend watching it. I like Daniel O'Day but this definitely is not a crowning achievement as a writer and director. The Maya Theatre is really nice . Also ask the ticket person if they have any movie posters they are giving away. They have lots to chose from

Wow, it's been over eight years since I first came to this theater and it's still a solid place to see a movie. If you come here a lot and are not using their app to both purchase tickets and your snacks you are a fool! The app gets ticketless entry, discounts on movies and points with every purchase. Points get you free movies and/or discounted concessions. Maya offers multiple viewing options; Dolby ATMOS & MPX theater experiences. Which means richer audio and more surround sound. Real 3-D and Digital theaters are also available and all movies are offered in a Spanish dubbed version. Parking here is super easy and once your movie is over there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite or a drink.

This is my second time at the theater and I forgot how big the lobby area is with the video games, lounging area, and all the upcoming movie posters. Coke products provided & they have waters and assorted ice teas in a cooler. The popcorn is made with Coconut oil & they advertise how healthy the popcorn is being cooked in that oil. i got a medium poocorn, some redvines, an ice cream bar, a tea. All came to about $30. my movie ticket was only $7.50 and that is with a dollar donation. Restrooms: plenty with air dryers, UV light germ-fighting hand dryers and overall pretty clean for a Tuesday. Parking: Limited since there are many other shops that utilize the parking too. i drove over an hour to see this movie since it is only showing in Fresno. I went to see Demi Moore's new movie The Substance in #5 theater. The seat I had was pretty worn with worn out springs. The movie advertised it started at 6:50pm, after all the ads & trailers the movie started at 7:07pm.

So I am just not one that needs to have the coolest/newest stuff when I am the theaters, I am simple. We normally come here cause it is close to home and if you time it right not super busy. Plus their price of tickets to their family day prices , you can't beat it. The chairs are nice to me and feel comfortable. We decided to get some popcorn and of course this is expensive everywhere, so we tried to pick the best deal that all four of my group would be good with. The guy at the counter was so helpful and super kind and just Made our day . The only thing is I wish with the Lobby, bathrooms, and drink/food area needs a real good clean down and a little love.

Came by here to watch the Chosen with a friend. This is a very nice and clean theater, my only complaint is that the seats are too low, but the sound and quality are exceptional. One more Chosen set to watch so I'm sure we'll be back for that too

It's been a long while since my husband and I have gone to the theaters. With covid happening then having a baby there just wasn't a right time. Friday night we decided to give it a go. Thankfully this theater has a care /cry room. We wanted to see Top Gun but we're told that they didn't offer a room for that movie so we ended up seeing Jurassic World. From my understanding you have to go to guest services and make reservations for the care/cry room. It's a first come first served basis so you'd have to go early to purchase tickets. My husband originally bought our tickets an hour before the showing. I saw that they charged a child ticket for my 7month old baby so just before we went to watch we went back to guest services and got a refund. Just before we went to our room we ordered dibs, popcorn and drinks. The lady at the concession stand was nice. They have a self serve drink station and butter/ condiments area. Definitely needed some tidying up. When you reserve a care room they give you a pass that you have to present to one of the employees. That employee will then assist you to the elevator and take you to the care/cry room. It almost felt like some VIP status getting assisted to our room. This was our first time using a care/cry room so we had no clue what to expect. It's a room in the back with a big window, 5 seats and the room is equipped with speakers. The employee who took us there told us we can request to modify the room temp or speaker sounds if we'd like BUT we would have to look for him. And I'm thinking that was a bit absurd, that means we would miss parts of the movie walking around the theater looking for this guy just to get something adjusted... they definitely need to do some upgrades. Perhaps some call button system or even a self serve room temp/ audio adjusting system. The cry/care room was a good size, 5 seats and more empty space behind the seats. A few chairs were broken and the leather seats needed reupholstering. Also it wasn't the cleanest, there was gummy candy stuck to the seats and the the windows didn't seem like they cleaned at all after it was previously used. I do love the fact that the restroom was conveniently next door to our room. Overall I love the idea, it's a nice place for family and children to enjoy the movie without having to disturb others. But it could definitely could use some upgrades, maintenance and cleaning.

This is what you get for $12, asked for cheese and or chili, but it was extra

The seats are ok. They don't recline. However the best part of this place is the popcorn and free refills. Friendly staff as well.

    What are the concessions options?

I believe I took some pictures. You can order a pizza or a big cookie.

    Which auditoriums have reclining seats?

Hi Jodi, We do not currently have recliners at Maya Fresno.

    Do the seats recline?

Only certain auditoriums. I know auditorium 10 does not.

Does Maya Cinemas offer reclining seats, reserved seating and, most of all, cherry coke?

Our showing was at 4:45pm we arrived about 15mins before just incase there was a long line at the concession. When we entered we went straight to the self serve kiosk, although someone was the front he was helping others. They do have a full bar. The line went fairly quick. Our order: 4 kids box: popcorn, drinks and a snack, small popcorn with 2 waters. It was the day before Toy Story 5 premiere and was a bit disappointed to not see a lot of the souvenirs displayed. Even the kids popcorn box wasn't Toy Story themed. Not sure if they sold out already or they were saving it for Friday. The popcorn was fresh and delicious, they also add butter to the top as requested. The seats here are reclined and so comfortable, the temp was just right, not hot or freezing cold. We went to the standard showing. The restrooms clean, I was so happy and surprised to see sanitary barrier cloths on the diaper changing tables. Overall, it was a great experience!

Unfortunately, one issue keeps bothering me enough that I feel it needs to be addressed. During my recent visit to see *Moana*, the lobby was packed with families waiting to see movies like *Minions* and *Toy Story*. While waiting, I noticed several large posters advertising R-rated films with mature sexual themes and graphic horror imagery. (I Want Your Sex, Evil Dead Burn, Celebrity Sex Pass, Scary Movie). These displays were positioned throughout the main lobby where every child had to walk past them. I'm not arguing that theaters shouldn't show or advertise R-rated movies. Adults should absolutely have those options. My concern is simply where the advertising is placed. If YouTube age-restricts trailers for these films and children generally can't attend them without an adult, it seems reasonable to consider whether their marketing should be front and center in a lobby filled with young kids. Many other businesses already separate adult-oriented material from areas intended for families. I think theaters could do something similar by keeping the main lobby focused on family-friendly advertising during busy daytime hours or by moving mature posters to hallways leading toward auditoriums showing those films. This feels like a common-sense compromise that respects both movie studios' ability to advertise and parents who simply want to take their children to a family movie without having to explain or shield them from mature marketing while waiting for their show. I hope management will consider reviewing its advertising placement policy. I'd be happy to raise my rating if I see improvements in the future.

I'm standing outside for THREE HOURS in weather over 100 degrees. Tana con was probably better than this. Someone literally passed out in front of me because we were out there in the heat for so long. THINGS ONLY GOT WORSE. When I FINALLY got in, the actual air was wet. The walls were wet, the floors were wet, all from sweat and NO air facilitated into the small venue. I got in the building in time to see the main act. Even HE had to cut his performance short because it was NOT safe for people. I saw TWO people being carried out because they passed out. There were CHILDREN at this show. What is wrong with this venue?? How could the firefighters seriously not call this show off? People LITERALLY were being carried out, and not the woah that's crazy cool story bro, like kids 15 years old passing out from dehydration and lack of air. How this venue was able to host this event, I will not understand. How this venue did not take proper steps to make sure people were enjoying their show safely, I do not understand. They were clearly more concerned with making money rather than the safety of CHILDREN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING TO ANY EVENT AT THIS VENUE WITHOUT THEM SERIOUSLY GETTING THEIR SH*T TOGETHER. You've ran your business for so long in Fresno you KNOW DAM WELL how hot it gets. This should not have happened.
