Since my parents lived there I had my dad pick the larger dimonds and they did an amazing job with my recreation. I have had to send it back 2 more times for repairs. One was from a fall I took and the other was to fix the bezel settings correctly. I took to a local shop to fix one nd never liked the result. After the second bezel setting was failing, 14 years later we decided to have it fixed correctly. A little hard dealing with it long distance but they understood what I needed and was able to take apart and fix correctly. I even asked them to move up completion a month since we would be in town. No problem at all. Very easy and fun to work with and the quality of their work is the best out there. I would recommend them for all purchases or repairs. Cary was so helpful and Kale caught an error in the first design and fixed it with out me even asking. Would have been hard to explain but since he took it all apart to fix he noticed the detail putting it back together.
