I also needed to get some links taken out of my new watch to fit my wrist better. They have wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Their selection of jewelry is great and beautiful. They also have a good selection of men's rings. They cleaned my ring and took links out of my watch in a timely manner. I had a few other errands to run nearby, so I walked to those places and by the time I got back it was all done - about 20 minutes is when I returned. I was ready to pay, but to my surprise they did not charge. Very nice of them and I will definitely be back to make a purchase sometime!

They had great deals on Fleece so I thought all was well. Alas I was mistaken. I needed rubbed material for the bottom and sleeves of the hoodies- there was none to be found.
