Just admit: you're being lazy, and nobody bothers to make the call, because the customer will always come looking for items they've already paid for. There are too many other places to get glasses in a timely manner to deal with this waste of time.

Businesses need to understand that it's the smallest things that can affect their numbers. Stop hiring security companies based on either your personal friends with the owner of the company, or the contracted price. Hire quality. I personally won't be returning there for that very reason. Shop with intention. Dont spend money where you are only tolerated and not accepted. Time is money, and money is time.

They give us vets a 20% discount, which is twice what other places give us. Second time there scored four of these pre-ground 1/4 oz ready to go kits that came in resealable bag with papers that included crutches. Had to look up what that was when got home and opened one up. Didn't have that circa 1972 LOL. Each was $44, bought one each of the four varieties, and got that vet discount, so $145 after tax on a full oz. Hell of a price these days, since on the street in Philly is around $240/ oz. Had to laugh at the two 1 star ratings. One that showed two minutes to closing when they had shut down a few minutes early and then whine they wouldn't open up? LOL Reminds me of the type that walk in a restaurant 5 minutes before closing and want to have a full menu choice from a half cleaned up kitchen when staff just want to go home. The other whining about a $3 ATM? Pretty standard charge on an ATM. Even ones that say free might wind up with your own banks fee for not using their machine like at Wawa. Today I called for an appointment and was made to feel like I was a huge inconvenience because my last appointment was for an eye issue and not for a routine eye exam. They didn't have anything for a few months out which I totally understand. She was able to get me in at a different location in two weeks which worked out great. While I was giving her my information I sensed an attitude problem. Finished setting up appointment. Told my husband I was going and he said "hey I haven't been in a while. Can you make me an appointment too". Called back almost immediately to take the other appointment that was available except now I was greeted by even more of attitude from Mia. She made me aware that my husband wasn't a patient there. So I asked her if they accept new patients. She said ok and proceeded to ask me his information. I gave it to her. Some of the information that was the same as mine I told her "it's the same as mine" address, last name, insurance info. I guess this triggered her attitude further. She told me "you keep saying that but I can't see your info". Told her no problem. I mean there was a nicer way to say this. After even more attitude I said to her "I get the vibe im annoying you" she said "not at all" slammed the phone down and then a Jenn answered. When I asked Jenn why Mia was so aggravated she told me cause apparently I was unhappy with the availability they had which wasn't at all the case. Needless to say I won't be going back there. If you don't like your job quit or at least fake it for the patient/customers.
