Came back to Mancinis saw a mattress, salesman told us they got one similar and cheaper in the back (we were wary abt price) got it, liked it, walked out with a mattress in under ten minutes. I bought a mattress Mattresses. The people there were very nice, friendly, and helpful, and the customer service was good. They took the time to answer questions and the overall shopping experience was pleasant. The only reason I'm not giving a higher rating is the mattress quality. After using it, I felt that the quality could have been better for the price. It is not terrible, and I would still say the store is worth considering, but for that cost I expected a little more. For example, I have seen similar or better quality options at places like IKEA for less money. Overall, good service and pleasant people, but I wish the mattress itself had been a bit better for the price. read more

It was my first time searching for a mattress and felt like a big decision, similar to a vehicle purchase. But probably more important since you spend more time on your bed. I digress. Update on my review: After further investigation into this, I realized that I was delivered the wrong mattress. On 6/10/23, I ordered and put a deposit on an Aireloom Armagosa EF Mattress King. However, when I discovered my new house was smaller than I thought, I went in on 7/17/23 to switch the King for a Queen and schedule the delivery. When they did that, they accidentally gave me an Aireloom Argosy LF, not an EF. This is why it is so much more squishable and sinkable than I had expected it to be. I immediately knew something was wrong and called Mancini's that week but never got a call back. And then several calls ensued over several months, a rejected warranty claim, etc. At this point, my ask to Mancini's is to get the bed I had initially ordered, which was the EF and not the LF. read more

We went into Mancini's Sleep World after having a terrible experience at Mattress Firm Capitola. Upon entering the front doors of the store, the experience was a complete 180. We were greeted by Nina who was a joy to work with. She was very personable and informative. BUYERS BEWARE..I went in told the sales man that I wanted a NEW mattress. I asked to see those advertised on sale.. he showed me several. I chose one...he asked if I'd be interested in last years model at a reduced price. I said sure as long as its new and the same quality..not a lesser design. He rang up my purchase around $1000. I paid took my receipt and left. Mattress wouldn't be available for pick up until the following week. I took out the receipt to check dates and as I was Reading I notice the word "treat"...then down below " TREATED" mattresses have been in someone's house for 30 to 120 days...not returnable not refundable. . THIS IS CLEARLY NOT A NEW MATTRESS. I went back cancelled the order and had my card refunded. By the actions and response of the sales person..they pull a switch anytime they can. Really there should be some health law prohibiting selling a mattress that has been in another person's house. At the least the approach they are using is fraud.Watch your receipt or don't shop there. read more

We finally went and inspected the matters and the bottom looks find u till we open up the mattress and we found it infested by fed bugs and it's so bad. A new mattress should not look like this. And there is no way it was our fault my mom has been alone because of the pandemic and the only new thing o. That house was the mattress. Jake was great. Even though we came in about 10 minutes before closing ( I know, I know) he was very friendly and helped us find the right mattress. He even put together a sweet deal with the mattress, bed frame, and mattress protector. When it came time for delivery, the bed was damaged and had to be returned. This review is long overdue and for that I am sorry but I bought a king size mattress back in July with the hopes that it would be delivered by the end of July. However, due to certain circumstances beyond my control, I had to push back the delivery date several times. The mattress thickness can keep the bed from closing if you get one that's too thick. My mattress is delightful. The amount of time between ordering the mattress and frame until they could be in my home was not delightful. Would have been six weeks if I had not hounded them. As it was, it took a month. (Was told a week, maybe 10 days.) Once delivery was set for a date, they couldn't give a timing window until the night before. Two things not to skimp on in life. Shoes and a bed. If your not up and walking or working you are most likely sleeping. As for Mancini's Jake was the best. The woman asked me to just sign so they would have the bed info ready to go once I decided, which I thought was weird. I signed anyways (I was 9 months pregnant and tired and ready to just leave) and decided it wasn't a good idea to buy right now yet 2 weeks later I received a synchrony card in the mail showing the account open. His mattress recommendation was great, and he price matched a deal we were offered from Mattress Firm. I was happier with the mattress he found for us and happier to give him our business. Very low pressure, but helpful! I do recommended Mancini's, but will note that returns are a little tricky (we got a bed frame that wasn't quite right), so make sure you do your own measurements and such before you make a big purchase. My mom was in need of a bed frame so we chose Mancini's based on location and hours of operation. We stopped by on Sunday around 1pm. There were a few customers at the counter and a woman very loudly asked us what she could help us with. When my mom stated she needed a bed frame, the woman cut her off abruptly and said "$69.99". I was kind of taken aback only because as she blurted out the price, she had a mouthful of food which I find extremely unprofessional! As the woman, Nina (I'm assuming is her name, based on the receipt I was provided) asked the employee to grab it, my mom inquired about how it was to be setup and she responded with, "well I'M not setting it up for you" as she's eating her lunch!!!! Obviously my mother didn't expect it to be setup and that's exactly what she responded with. I was shocked by this woman's attitude and level of UNprofessionalism and regardless of their selection, we will never be back to this location.
