I called to make an appointment and ion the agreed day/time (next day!!!) we met at the storage facility where the mattresses are. It was super easy to test all the ones I wanted to and when it came to delivery, the owner put the mattress on the back of her truck and followed us home!! The whole process was done masked, appropriate distances were kept and everything we touched was cleaned. She was helpful and patient while we compared our mattress choices, and her pricing was lower than anyone else and she even delivers. I SUFFER FROM EXTREME BACK PAIN and the only way I can be productive and live a somewhat normal life is to have a better than great bed. I had purchased a $2,500 mattress here locally and after finding myself displaced (thanks to the battle of greed between local landlords and non-local wealthy UCSC parents) my only escape from chronic pain had to be put into storage as my boyfriend and I temporarily moved into his 23 ft motor home.. After a month of sleeping on an "air bed" another expensive attempt to ease the pain, I woke-up crying, once again and my boyfriend couldn't watch me suffer a minute more. We just bought two twin XL foam back supporter mattresses from DeeDee at Mattress Direct. We initially went to her business to look for a King size mattress and box spring. We found one we liked, and after thinking about it for a couple of weeks, decided that we would like to get an adjustable bed frame and mattress. Emailed and talked with DeeDee and did some research on the adjustable frames ourselves. We ended up with the frames from Costco, and then found the wonderful foam mattresses (twin XL's) from DeeDee.
