After using it, I felt that the quality could have been better for the price. It is not terrible, and I would still say the store is worth considering, but for that cost I expected a little more. For example, I have seen similar or better quality options at places like IKEA for less money. Overall, good service and pleasant people, but I wish the mattress itself had been a bit better for the price.

In the last 16 years I have had no reactions whatsoever. Having three bulging discs in my lower back, I got my first mattress 16 years ago and have never looked back. I sleep well every night. On this recent third purchase, as always, Dan is helpful and knowledgeable. He had to come out three times to make adjustments. Not a problem for him --- he wants to make sure his customers have an outstanding product to last and be a good individual fit. He also deeply cares about the environment and uses quality latex and organic cotton and wool. Please support this LOCAL company for superior quality, good environmentalism. and outstanding service. I purchased an extra firm queen mattress at a good agreed to price, to my liking and Chris offered to deliver it that same afternoon at 5 PM. WOW!! Just what I wanted. Since he was working alone I offered to meet him at the house to carry the mattress up the staircase to the second floor bedroom. When I arrived, I was impressed that he had already delivered the mattress and removed the old twin on his own. Unfortunately, in the process the mattress caught on the landing molding, lifting it off. The oak trim was ripped away from the landing molding by the precarious, heavy queen mattress edges as Chris carried it by himself on the way up the stairs. This required me to do two separate repair jobs as a result of the damage. I was disappointed that he wasn't willing to wait a few minutes for me to give him hand and prevent this damage to the house. While I appreciate his willingness, it may have been overconfident/exuberant. Otherwise, it was a completely satisfactory business purchase interaction and we are pleased with the mattress. I would recommend this business. This is the fourth mattress we have purchased from Chris.
