I purchased an extra firm queen mattress at a good agreed to price, to my liking and Chris offered to deliver it that same afternoon at 5 PM. WOW!! Just what I wanted. Since he was working alone I offered to meet him at the house to carry the mattress up the staircase to the second floor bedroom. When I arrived, I was impressed that he had already delivered the mattress and removed the old twin on his own. Unfortunately, in the process the mattress caught on the landing molding, lifting it off. The oak trim was ripped away from the landing molding by the precarious, heavy queen mattress edges as Chris carried it by himself on the way up the stairs. This required me to do two separate repair jobs as a result of the damage. I was disappointed that he wasn't willing to wait a few minutes for me to give him hand and prevent this damage to the house. While I appreciate his willingness, it may have been overconfident/exuberant. Otherwise, it was a completely satisfactory business purchase interaction and we are pleased with the mattress. I would recommend this business. This is the fourth mattress we have purchased from Chris.
