We have been in here a number of times and I bought a mattress from Mancini's about 7 years ago, and we didn't have the greatest experience. Because of this we bought our last mattress from another place, but this time we decided to give them another try for the sake of convenience. We were shopping for our new travel trailer. The store manager greeted us as we walked in, and offered us cold beverages. He guided us to the selection we were looking for, and checked stock to let us know what we could take home with us right then and there. Once we selected a mattress, we brought our travel trailer over so we could stick it right in. The manager even helped load it into the trailer and put it into place, which was a very tight squeeze! Larry answered all our questions and gave us options on what we were looking for in a mattress. My wife and I have been sleeping on ok mattresses throughout our life's. So we decided to upgrade and try a Aireloom mattress. All I can say is BEST PURCHASE EVER! I wish I would of purchase an Aireloom years ago it would of saved me many restless nights. I haven't slept this good in 15 years! Alexandra was the best. She put me on the test bed to figure out exactly which type of mattress I needed. It turns out that I need a medium/soft instead of firm like I've always had! She showed me a few different one's until we got to the Aireloom and then that was it! I loved it right away. She was easy to talk to and knew exactly how to figure out what I needed. She scheduled the delivery and that went super easy too! Updating my review! Ordered two twin foundation and asked the manager to waive the delivery fee since we had purchased a queen adjustable bed from them. He would not budge! Come delivery time I discovered that one of the twins was the wrong size. I call the manager to reimburse for shipping because of the mix up and he would not do so. Instead he has the nerve to tell me that I should just cancel the full order and get my money back! I told him I needed the foundations and insisted on a refund on the delivery as compensation and the fact that it was not delivered on time. Still no budge! Tells me Company needs to make a profit. What profit? It's a big company and it's about doing the right thing!!! read more

I've had a few really good and positive purchases there including furniture as well as at least two mattresses BUT recently I made a warranty claim since my 3 year old mattress is sagging horribly and has been killing my back and causing all sorts of back and joint problems. I was told that they'd send an inspector out within a few weeks. I got a call sooner than that and the inspector from Integrated Bedding Group came out and immediately said he saw the problem and while he was doing the required test and taking pictures he was telling me, in detail, all the ways a warranty replacement was valid and a "no brainer" in this case and how he knew right away walking into the room that it was a valid replacement. All requirements were met and other than the sagging, it was in pristine condition and supported on their furniture with a base bought from them. Well, imagine my surprise when I got an email from Integrated Bedding Group saying that it was "within manufacturers guidelines" and the request was declined. I was even more surprised when I called the company and was told "if we've done your inspection then we are done, goodbye" on their voicemail message. I've contacted Sealy, Mancini's Sleepworld, and the inspection company (at multiple emails each) giving them the opportunity to rectify this ridiculous situation before I file a suit in small claims court and the only response I've had is Mancini's fraud inspection company (Integrated Bedding Group) saying it's not their problem and a few responses from Sealy saying a local representative who is working with Mancini's is going to contact me. Still no contact (2 weeks) so I'm am going to have to proceed with filing in court it seems. They don't appear to honor warranties AT ALL and have set up quite the racket to ensure they never have to replace a mattress so I would never recommend them or buy from them again. A 10 year warranty means NOTHING if the company offering it is dishonest and conducts business like this. read more

Our Experience with Mancini's Sleepworld was Amazing. We, my husband and I, worked with Dan, and he guided us to each and every mattress and let us know about each bed. We Finally made a decision on our mattress and we also decided to have a headboard to go with our Mattress. BONUS!! When we got our headboard, we were not to happy with it, due to it had a crack and some divots in the headboard. My husband and I went back to Mancini's to check out the headboard in the store to see if the divots are actually part of the headboard and they were, but the crack down the side was not. We took pictures showed Dan, he was on the phone with the manufacturer and they replaced our headboard with in 3 days. Customer services was absolutely amazing and wonderful. Dec 2022 I purchased a queen size mattress. It had a slight problem. In Feb I went in and spoke with the manager Ron Paris. He said that bed inspector would come out. He did but wasn't much help. I went back in and talked with Ron again. He was so helpful. He did a sleep map telling me what bed would be my best fit. The new mattress was delivered the next day.
