We ordered a twin box spring and cal king mattress. The delivery drivers ripped the bottom of the box spring open while tossing it on the frame. And then used a box cutter to open the cal king mattress ripping the bottom of the mattress open . The delivery team also broke 4 picture frames in total after two trips to our house. Mattress firm did replace both the box spring and the mattress and we are fine now but the delivery team they are using is VERY bad and needs to replaced.

He knew the products, he took his time and explained how things had changed with the Sleep Number beds since we had last made a purchase. He was not pushy and he was very helpful. If you are considering a new bed you should consider a Sleep Number bed. They are not cheap but as I can attest - sleep is valuable and getting a good night sleep is important. You spend about a 3rd of your life sleeping. I have experienced not sleeping well for the last 5 years w/o really understanding what had changed. Just going into the store and laying on a Sleep Number bed, I knew we needed to make the change and buy one again. Needless to say we bought an I8 bed and we can hardly wait until it arrives in about a month from now. By the way, if you also suffer trying to find the right pillow like I have for years and trying and buying various pillows, you should try (or buy like we did) their Response Fit Ultimate Pillow. It is awesome. Tried it last night with our regular mattress (while we wait for our new bed) and it made a big difference. Very comfortable and can be customized to your needs. Recently our six year waterbed sprung a leak and Frank showed us that the bed needed new internal bags and a new liner (our liner was torn). Frank ordered the parts and he installed them.
