The meat was tender and perfectly spiced. Personally, I wouldn't have minded a little bit more spice, but this was a beautiful marriage. For the entrée, we ordered some bread with the goat karahi and chicken biryani. The karahi came to the table, sizzling hot and was an absolute spectacle. The spices were absolutely on point and the goat was cooked to the bone, it was very tender and bursting with flavor. The chicken biryani was spicy just how we ordered it and had the perfect ratio of masala to rice. The rice was cooked beautifully and not clump together. This was a really solid plate of biryani. We obviously had so many leftovers and happily took them home. I ordered the pink kashmiri chai to wash all of this down. The owner was super friendly and we enjoyed talking to him very much.
