Then When lifting my car to get under it, they put the lift legs on the wrong part of my under-car and ended up BENDING my car body. And SCRATCHING my brand new paint from Negligence. Workers look DRUNK and fully SMOKED out with cigarettes, smoked inside my car the other day too. Then when i noticed what they did (denting) to my car, I told them and they began to CRITICIZE us and yell. Leonid Granovsky (Lonya the tall big boss) KICKED us out. No apologies were given and No money to fix the damages was given. Leonid stated "it's just your fender. You will be okay"..."If you want a good job done on your car you should have went to a different place". Then the boss drove our car out of the shop and shut the gate on us. Said "Pretend we never did anything and you were never here" as we left. HOW can a LICENSED mechanic shop do this ? I have full video footage of them yelling at us, proof of all the damages they did. The after math are on the pictures. It was done quickly all repairs made the accident look like it did not happen as promised. It took two weeks. Within a couple of minutes, the horn was working, but they explained to me that a new one was still needed as there was an internal problem with the component and so, although it was currently working, it would most likely stop working again soon. They made some phone calls to see if they could get the part, but they couldn't. They advised me to get the part from Ford and bring it to them so they could instal it. Best of all, they didn't charge me anything for getting it to work. I know that's a small thing because, realistically, they really didn't do much, but it's that kind of honesty and integrity that I appreciate. For that reason I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

I went in for an oil change and my dealer told me that my brakes are due for a change. Went to Nick's and asked for the oil change and new brakes. The mechanic (I believe it's Ming) told me that they still had another half year to a year left on them considering that this is my daily driver. He told me just check it again next time I'm in for an oil change. Most recently, I went in for an oil change and had him check my brake fluid because it was within the timeframe of replacement. Ming turned down the work again because the brake fluid was still clean. If you know what you need, this is exactly the place to go for honest work.

My grandfather ran into the tire place and immediately after he entered the store, an old man came out of "fantastic auto repair" and started to yell about how I couldnt park there. Whenever I tried to explain that my grandfather would move the car once got back, he yelled over me without actually listening. I wouldn't trust any of possessions in his shop with the aggression that he was throwing at me because I pulled in a few feet too far left. And then once he saw that bigger, older men were coming out with me after I ran inside to get my grandfather, he changed his tune. If you're considering using this shop, make sure you have a conversation with the mechanics who will be working on your car. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to leave my car with a bully who only picks on people he views as less powerful.
