The cleaning was scheduled for a Tuesday at 8am and her and her counterpart, Vanessa, arrived at 7:45am to inspect the home before getting started. Claudia walked me through everything she planned on cleaning, which I appreciated, and I stayed out the way to let them work. For a 1900 sq. ft. home, the cleaning took about 3 hours. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed and arranged necessary items to make the home look nice and tidy. The one-time cleaning service was $250, which included a deep clean of the oven as well. Claudia was super sweet and very personable, you can tell she takes pride in her work. She only accepts Venmo or Zelle, so keep that in mind. Her work spoke for itself and they did an amazing job! If you're looking for a reasonably priced cleaning service, definitely contact Claudia!!! I asked if I will be compensated $50 off since if it were the other way around I would have been charged. I am informed basically, management can't keep clients appointments that they agreed upon for that day if one of client cancels and I should be happy they gave me an hour back in my day (you know because they came early and screwed me out of my morning plans). They then also LIE and tell me they don't charge if their clients reschedule as long as it's the same day regardless of how much notice they give however their text message says differently. The maids are great but the management will waste your time with no consideration, no compensation and then tell you that you should be happy they did it earlier than what was agreed upon. I didn't complain the first time they wasted my time but 2 for 2 is completely unacceptable. Management is TRASH.
