Dirty toilet bowl water was left sloshing around in a cup inside the cleaning caddy, spilling over and contaminating all the tools. Shockingly, this same contaminated caddy is used to hold the tools for cleaning kitchens where families prepare food. Worst of all, the same rags used to clean the inside of the toilet were used by the trainers to wipe the entrance floors at the end of the shift. Paying clients should be deeply concerned about severe cross-contamination being tracked into their homes by this unprofessional company.
