When you walk into the coffee shop, you'll feel a grungy type vibe within the shop. To order I walked up to the counter and placed my coffee order with the barista. I ordered an iced green chili white mocha, which was excellent and had just a little bit of spice. When I was waiting for my drink, people were also working remotely within the coffee shop and it's probably a great place to catch up on some work. If you are in the Pueblo area, I highly recommend stopping by this coffee shop. It was an easy stop as I needed caffeine for the rest of the road trip.

First, the location is great right next to a big beautiful walkable tree shade covered park. Nice big covered patio seating area and several different inside seating areas as well. I was greeted promptly by the friendly employees who took my order immediately. Unfortunately they were out of quiche so I ordered the avacado toast and a veggie sandwich with The Nikki coffee. Coffee was out in 5 minutes, delicious and not overly sweet which I appreciate,, with food to follow in another 5 minutes. The business is clearly conscious with the type of packaging they choose which I also apprecite. Great local business! Super cute shop with locally made art and goods for sale as well as games and entertainment for diners. Also, I am not gluten free and the bread is delicious to me. Will recommend and return to try the quiche and lunch menu.

Unfortunately they are unable to source bulk turkey until after the holidays. Seems to be a very popular spot for elderly people to hang out and eat muffins. So I was a little miffed at the false advertising. I decided to try to the tuna croissant sandwich and a small lavender Italian soda, as I can have small amounts of dairy. It was underwhelming at best: the sandwich was sloppy and unbalanced, the soda was just sparkling water with a tiny hint of flavor and sweetness. Nothing that says "lavender" to me. All for $16. Not worth it, and not going back. You guys seriously need to work on your products and your advertising.
