I am so happy we bumped into this yummy find at the Sedona Fest of Fall. Umilita and Petra are just delightful! My mouth was salivating as I was waiting for the shrimp to cook for my Coconut Curry Shrimp Bowl. The smell was amazing! Last year the line was so long, so this year we decided to come to the fest earlier, and so grateful we did so we could taste the flavors of the Caribbean! The bowl was absolutely delicious! If you do not find them at a festival or at the Downtown Phoenix, Farmers Market or Town Scottsdale Farmers Market, keep in mind they do not have a storefront. They are pre-order only, and their meals are served chilled grab and go, but hot upon request. Once you pre-order, you can pick up your meals M - F from 10 AM to 7 PM, Check out the menu online. The address on the Yelp page is incorrect as well, and I have asked for an update, but check out my photo of their business card. When I'm down in the valley next, I'm definitely gonna pre-order and bring home some yummy Caribbean meals to Flagstaff! read more

Millie is AMAZING! She went above and beyond for my catered lunch today! It was a last minute request with a budget, she worked quickly and efficiently to come up with the perfect menu to meet our needs and it was creative, fun and delicious. She arranged the drop off, everything was hot and fresh. We got beef empanadas, jerk chicken, Rasta pasta and tropical salad, with the best part a banana upside down cake. She was right on time, everything was perfect and exactly as described and I couldn't have been happier! Highly recommend her service for a fun creative lunch or dinner! read more

I highly recommend the oxtail plate! Everything was cooked to perfection! Amazing sides, such as the cabbage stew, rice and beans, sweet plantain, and the beef patties! I can't wait to try more dishes since there are so many options! Totally love that you can text in your order and get very fast replies. The delivery was super quick and easy too! read more

History

Established in 2023.

I stepped out with my business after being laid off in mortgage. I decided to follow my passion. After entertaining my friends for years and getting the right words and encouragement, I started off at the farmers market in the summer of 2023. I was not able to last through the summer and got into the downtown phoenix farmers market in August every Saturday from 8-1pm and it has been great allowing people to taste my flavor and getting to know who I am and where am from. I then I was approved for ocotillo farmers market every Sunday from 9-1pm. I am now able to be with get local events Arizona every other Wednesday at Starpoint residents from 10-1pm and buckeye to every other Thursday. Follow me on social media for more @manelankitchen
