So it was our first time walking in to this establishment I took my grandson to get a long medium…read moretop and a short on the bottom hair cut I even showed him a picture and told him what I wanted. And asked him if he could do it and he said yes. It turns out that he cut the top back short and he was trying to even out the top so it did not come out the way my grandson wanted it. The haircut was very short on the top sides unfortunately when he asked my grandson if he liked it he just said yes but I can see it in his face he did not like it at all. My point is if you do not know how to cut the hair style that the customer wants and they show you a picture of it, just say you don't know how to do it instead of trying it on the customer. And mess it up just to get the money!. The haircut ended up looking like one of the pictures on their wall we were not happy so there fore my grandson is going to wear a hoodie at his school because it's too short and not the way he wanted it! Not inpress with this place but then again I don't think this review will matter to them anyways. I felt the vibe there was to take care of the regular people that they know!

What upset me most is that I was never informed that the stylist working on my hair was brand new and appeared to have very minimal experience. I asked for half an inch off with long layers and a face frame, but my hair ended up cut to my shoulders, uneven in multiple areas, poorly blended, and extremely choppy. It is honestly the worst haircut I've ever received, and unfortunately it's not something that can easily be fixed. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, and I tried to be patient while the owner guided her through the haircut, which is why I didn't say much during the appointment. But clients should be informed beforehand if they are being assigned to a trainee or inexperienced stylist so they can decide whether they are comfortable with that. I left feeling very upset and dissatisfied, especially because my hair was significantly altered far beyond what I requested.

This review is about professionalism and communication. Despite showing up on time, tipping, and maintaining positive interactions at every visit, I was abruptly told that I should no longer return because I was "not a good fit." No explanation was given, and there was no effort to discuss the situation or retain my business. Ending a long-term customer relationship without notice or clarification is unprofessional and creates unnecessary confusion. Basic communication would have gone a long way toward handling this appropriately. I am leaving this review so others are aware and can make an informed decision. Transparency and customer service is something this business needs significantly improvement.
