I am the opposite end of the spectrum ..diane is a wonderful pitch and sales woman and is dedicated to her business..Rules however on providing services for her staff outside of work draws her ire. As a thank you day of I was incredibly hopeful getting my hair done and spent alot of time with people like amanda shooting emails looking at pictures. I believe in business you have to have core competency and this is where she dropped the ball. She told me my hair was so short it didn't need cutting and I trusted her..after I chose to take hair piece off I found damage glue did to my scalp. I had anithermic burns from the product. I started going to Mane Solution 15 months ago for hair replacement due to having hormone related hair loss after two pregnancies. Two years prior to going to Mane Solution I had been having regular hair extensions put in by my hair dresser and began to realize that they were contributing more to my hair loss due to constant breakage, which is common with extensions.
