When I called to schedule my appointment to use the gift certificate I noticed it had expired 2 days before. She had no problems honoring it. I read the other review and have to say that I have NEVER had experiences even close to that reviewer. Everyone at Spectrum has always been kind, courteous, willing to work with my crazy schedule and nothing but professional! This business refused to honor a gift certificate I received from a friend last Christmas. I had a…read more$60 gift certificate that I tried to use today and the owner, Ashley refused to honor the certificate. She told me her certificates are only good for one year. I told her my certificate did not have an expiration date written on it. Also, it was also only 11 months since I got it, which still fell within her yearly window. She still refused to honor it. Her comment was ,"Who waits a year to get a massage?" She was extremely rude. She said she was a small business and didn't have time to deal with people like me.....and that she was going on maternity leave and would not honor it for a date in the future. Most small businesses don't insult customers and refuse to honor gift certificates they sold people. I guess this small business is the exception.
