He has given me the very best medical and parenting advice and I have always found him to be nothing but kind, caring, honest, and professional. He has provided me with great referrals over the years when I've needed them and his office is very flexible with appointments when there is an illness, which is something any parent can appreciate! From the beginning I never wavered in placing my trust in Dr Butler as I have found his calm demeanor to be extremely soothing under the most stressful of circumstances. He performed my son's circumcision and helped me through his endlessly long and grueling period of infant reflux that felt eternal to me. We still joke about his history of being on the bottom of the weight percentile. Growing up in a military family I didn't have a regular doctor that I saw. Because my dad always worked in navy hospitals and clinics, often when I was sick instead of going to see a doctor, he would just have one come over to our house. I like that my son instead has the stability of growing up with the same doctor that he can trust to talk to about his medical care. I also love that Dr Butler is still working with the same nurse all these years later, Tammy. She's really awesome and gives shots super fast and gentle. Most medical offices these days have a lot of turnover, so it's a great reflection on both Dr Butler and nurse Tammy that they are still here working together all these years later. I only wish that everyone I came across in the medical community were as gentle, caring, and committed as they are because it would definitely make the world a better place.

Apparently the diagnosis wasn't sufficient enough so the Santee clinic had to clarify. Despite our constant follow up nothing was sent from the clinic to radys. We went in and got 1 ultrasound done. Only a day or two after we were approved for the second. We received our bill and we have to pay $750 for the ultrasound and now we have to go back for the 2nd and pay another $750 bill. If we just had gone there and done both scans in 1 visit we could have avoided this. Because of the Lack of follow up from the clinic we have to pay even more out of pocket and more time spent when it should have not happened. I hope scripps understands there are families that don't have the luxury to waste money

When driving into the office complex, the signage may lead you to the left, but their assigned parking spaces are to the right. The spaces are pretty cramped everywhere, so trying to get your door fully opened to get to baby's carseat can be a challenge. It was our first visit here to the new location, and so far so good!

I called to schedule, and received an appointment the same day. We were scheduled to see Dr. Jordan on this day for our emergency appointment. Our regular PCP is Dr. Park. Dr. Jordan was amazing in giving my daughter the acute care she needed at that time. She truly cared; made me and my daughter feel comfortable and I believed saved her life that day. Enrique "Ricky" the nurse, also was very helpful, attentive and great to double check my daughter's symptoms, throughout the treatment she was receiving on that day. Both he and Dr. Jordan were a great team in coordinating what needed to be done. They went above and beyond than just checking off the boxes. We felt like we were in good hands. The following day, we had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Park, who also provided exceptional care; answered all my concerned mom questions and ordered up tests, just to rule anything else out. Additionally, the nice young lady, who was working at the front desk of the "sick" side of the clinic on both days, was also great in scheduling my daughter's acute follow-up appointment and very compassionate to my daughter's needs. Care maybe okay but the rest of the experience is horrific. Update: we have reached out to raise this overpayment multiple times, each time we were told that the insurer needs to direct the refund. We came in for a well visit for our daughter and discussed a few items with our doctor one of which was stomach issues which she was having for a few weeks to that point. Since this was a large concern of ours we asked for a CAT scan just to make sure everything is okay. Again this may be overboard possibly but we just want to make sure nothing major is going on. The doctor deterred our concern and said it will likely go away and the CAT scan isn't necessary. Well it's been over a month since that visit and our daughter is still complaining about her stomach. I call in to the office to get a referral at this point and what does the doctor say. We need to come in for another appointment and not only that but the representative said the stomach issues weren't even noted in her medical records. Im a business owner myself and to me this seems like a bit of a cash grab considering they're requiring another visit to discuss something we've already talked about (though apparently we didn't?? Hmm). One other cash grab item that disturbed me last visit was a cholesterol scan they 'recommended' but no one told us the results until we asked??
