We called them and arranged to come down to see and buy a specific truck on a Friday for the next day. Financing in hand and approved. Said we would be there in the morning. Drove 3.5 hours to get there. Arrived at 11:10a, and they sold the dang truck. Guess it wasn't worth holding it since we weren't using their financing. Dave told us he was going to call in the morning to check on our status. When we arrived, he was finishing up the paperwork with someone else. Then had the nerve to leave a voicemail talking about "Sorry it didn't work out ..." Go straight to h3ll, seriously. That's some shady business practices and I'd never recommend them. I brought a company truck in for a flat tire. We elected to put 4 brand new tires on the truck and have an alignment. (35000 miles and purchased from. This dealer) when the work was complete, I picked the truck up and got a few miles down the highway and a low tire pressure alarm went off, for the same location as the flat. Upon inspection I realized it was a bad valve stem. I called to bring it in to remedy. When I got to the service center I asked if they normally would check and ensure that all valve stems were safe an functional particularly when purchasing a new set of tires. The service manager said "not typically". I was shocked to say the least. They put 4 brand new tires on it, performed a wheel alignment, and did some sort of "multi" point inspection that clearly didn't include any investigation into why the tire was flat in the first place *simple as a valve stem* so I cannot in good faith suggest anyone bring a vehicle here for servicing. What's worse, instead of getting me in for repair upon arrival to correct their own gross negligence, they made me wait for over 2 hours in their waiting room to remedy a problem they could have easily averted with just a little due diligence one would expect from a professional repair shop. BUYER BEWARE, if they treat customers who have purchased multiple vehicles from this location with such apathy and disregard, imagine how they treat customers looking for service or a new family vehicle. There are clearly better options out there, please explore them before settling for this business. These people will cost you time and money.​ read more

I brought my car to Mangino Buick GMA because I read good reviews. I did not have a good experience, at all. It cost me $340 to be told there was nothing wrong with my car, all while they neglected to check out one of the issues I had mentioned to two separate people -ONE bad tire sensor. As I was leaving after paying $340 for absolutely nothing, I noticed the bad sensor was still not registering, but 3 were. I went back in and a tech used a handheld device to reset the sensors - all of a sudden I had FOUR bad sensors. Not sure what the (seemingly teenage) tech did, but my cost went from $125 to $500 in a matter of seconds. read more

I made an appointment and drove 40 min to this service department because it was my go to place for my GMC truck and where i purchased it-Not anymore-got there no one would raise the door-waited 20 min not even a hello-a kid opened the hood of my truck and whipped the hood up-i asked what are you doing?He replied you want windshield washer fluid? I said no im not even checked in yet-finally a service guy said be with you in a minute never even looking at me-i waited 10 more minutes and finally just decided to leave because i wasn't interested to see just how bad this day was going to get-on my way home i made an appointment with Capitaland GMC-Mangino owner-train your staff better-these kids have no respect for people or their property-I realize good help is hard to find these days but customer loyalty or lack there of will put you out of bussiness. read more

I had multiple codes on my 2009 Malibu. Brought it here for service fully expecting a four-figure computer replacement bill. Well. I got a courtesy ride home (I didn't have an appointment). The service department cleaned a harness connection which cleared all codes. Came and picked me up and the bill was less than 50$! Floored me. When I decide to buy, this will be the place. The service was for replacement of power steering rack. Service was delivered as promised. Original estimate was altered last minute to add front end alignment; that should have been revealed up front. I believe the cost of services provided to be about 20% higher than the high side estimates I derived from internet search. Not happy with the cost. Appreciated the free coffee. read more

No one is more skeptical of a car dealer/salesman than I.I haven't bought a new car in over a decade, because I DESPISE THE PROCESS!!! Mike spent HOURS making sure that I had explored all the options that fit my criteria, was comfortable, and was truly happy! I completed my purchase but didn't want to take my new black car home in nasty weather, they kept it in the showroom, plates on it, waiting for me!
