Edit: I dropped my truck back off overnight so they had it for a cold start in AM to try and replicate cam phaser rattle. I spoke with dealership owner regarding my last visit and initial review, he ensured everything would be addressed and he'd be in touch. After not hearing anything at 4:30pm I called to get a status. The service advisor said they couldn't replicate and wanted to keep it. No mention of the front end noise I'd asked to have looked at. They did offer a loaner. I said I needed it and would bring it back again another day. He's said they'd be there til 6. I got there at 5:30 and service was gone. No documentation or paperwork was provided, even though I asked, nor any guidance on where I could find my truck outside. A temporary floor liner was present however the mat was not cleaned as owner had said would happen. ------------------------------ My truck service was completed quickly; the service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing of my questions. Included in the service package was lubricating all hinges and locks, however the power running boards were not done, even though the service advisor specifically called it out on the RO. Additionally, I've brought my truck in twice and both times there have been dirty/greasy foot prints left on the all-weather mats...I really wish they would implement and utilize temporary floor liners like they do at other dealerships. read more

After very poor service on my 2013 F150 at another local Ford Dealer near Latham, I decided to try Jack Byrne Ford to see if they could fix my intermittent drivers side window problem. I left the vehicle there all day and received a call around 5pm from the service department and they said that the problem has finally showed up and they needed to keep it until the next day to replace a switch. I picked up the vehicle the next day and the window worked for about a week when it stopped one morning. I drove right to Jack Byrne and they took a look at it right away. It appears that the motor was the culprit and they'd have to order it. I was called a few days later and brought the truck in. They replaced the motor and I decided to wait a few months before I wrote a review about this. The window has worked flawlessly since then. Thanks to Jack Byrne Ford Service for staying on top of this for me. They took the time to work on this problem, even though it was covered under warranty. This actually for Quick Lane behind Jack Byrne's. Friendly service. Fast & efficient. $32 for regular oil change. Grrrrr but seems to be the running rate around here. They, of course, found other issues with my car - showed me the problems and told me how/what I needed to fix. Issues found were legit. read more

Went for the first time to the Quick Lane service center at Jack Byrne. Everyone there was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Without prompting, given additional information on rebates (and actually filled out rebate forms for me). Went in to have oil changed my f150 , also a nys inspection .'service part went well, but the billing didn't. I have a coupon for a mail in rebate $10 off the works package which it $39.99, also had an inspection done$21. On my bill there are charges for change and check up to 5 quarts for 19.95 There is also miscellaneous charges that I asked Marie and she could n explain them. So the oil change and inspection cost me $72.00!!!!! Ouch won't ever be coming back here to get my next truck read more

Similar experience to Karen D. I had to take a car to Jack Byrne's Quick Lube for insurance photos. The older lady working there was rude and miserable. I had just got the car needing pictures the day before and was unsure of what type security system it had. The lady commented, "That's the problem with you people and your BMWs.
