Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

The staff was very nice but we had a mix up at pick up & they gave me the wrong comforters at first. When we found the correct ones i realized after i got home that one came out very starchy & stiff. Will be back for the wash & fold if another emergency happens but i will probably look for another cleaners for my comforters. *edit: The owner Betty is very sweet & called me after this review was posted. The 4 star still stands and i still agree their customer service was good. As stated before, the staff was very nice to me but Betty calling me was the cherry on top! People make decisions and plan according to how you advertise. Went to pick up dry cleaning today at 430 and it's closed. Says 5:00 online. Needed clothes for an out of town trip. Terrible way to operate a business and even worse for your customers. Will not be back after I pick up my clothes.
