Marvin, the owner, is one of the most genuine and hardworking people you'll meet. He clearly takes pride in his store and in serving the Canton community. Everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It's the kind of place where you're treated like a neighbor rather than just another customer. Marvin also does a lot for the community, which makes supporting this business feel even better. It's great to see a local owner giving back and building something positive for Canton. They also have vegetable and fruit trays, freshly cut. Though I skipped them this time, you continue to find a lot of in-house and brought in sweets and treats, a sizable wine and beer selection (basement), and a good amount of staples (that will be pricey).
