Service was fine; it may take a while for them to get to you if you need your bill or anything like that if they are busy (just like most places). The food was okay; we got the two of the classic desserts, and they were alright. Go to order a smoothie, and the person taking my order says it's her favorite. Cool. I ask if I can adjust the sweetness, and they say no. Ok. Then they ask if I want any toppings, and I say boba. They ask if I want crystal jelly, and I say no, and ask if the drink comes with it. They say yes, and I say that I don't want the crystal jelly but I would like the boba instead. She said she can't do that, but that she can add the boba and remove the crystal jelly. I point out that she's trying to charge me $1 for something that is supposed to be 50 cents, and she just shrugs. I tell her that it shouldn't be an extra charge since they're the same price and I'm not getting the crystal jelly. She says that the crystal jelly is part of the drink and that's why she can't remove it. I point out that she said she is going to remove it. She says she can remove it, but that she can't substitute the boba. So I point out that she is actually doing that; they are going to not put crystal jelly and put boba in the drink instead. She said she can do that, but that she has to charge me for boba and crystal jelly even though there is no crystal jelly. Ok, so the crystal jelly is something separate that they can add in, and even though they can physically substitute boba for the crystal jelly, she has to charge me like I'm getting crystal jelly, plus the boba, and then charge me an extra 50 cents, just because...? I point that out, and she just shrugs. She says I can talk to the manager, so I say sure. She goes back, comes back after a couple minutes, and says the manager just left. At 4pm. I say, ok, and ask if she can make a decision to not charge me extra for something they're not going to give me, and she says she's not going to. Ok. read more

This place is awesome. Our server Tina was very friendly and helpful in assisting us as this was our first time here. With so many delicious options it was so hard to decide. The shop is a lot smaller than expected but when me and my friends came there want much seating and you can only do dine in if you have a table but thankfully a table opened up when we ordered so we were able to dine in. A lot of things we wanted were sold out, so we got a few drinks and some desserts. We got the sesame cake, tiramisu, mango pancake, strawberry sago, and mango sticky rice drink. The sesame cake was kind of stale like it had been sitting too long. It had a light taste of sesame as well but it was still good. The mango pancake was a bit bland but that could be because mango wasn't in season. The whipped cream in the pancake wasn't super sweet, which was nice but didn't give much flavor to the pancake. It was more for texture than taste. The strawberry sago was very refreshing but a little tart for me. It was the best dish out of the four because the tiramisu was too soggy, and the creme didn't have much flavor. I also ordered the mango sticky rice drink, and that was interesting, but the mango syrup they used in the drunk wasn't very tasty either. Overall this place was okay. Very cute place but the food was meh. I'll probably try this place again after a few months when they are more established. read more

If only yelp had an option to put no stars. Such a bummer I really wanted to try their mango crepe cake but unfortunately it didn't work out that way. I called and I specially asked if they had a full mango crepe cake that I can buy today. The young lady asked the back to double check they had a whole mango crepe cake and some guy answered yes, I also offered my debit card to be charged just to be sure I wasn't going to flake out. I called not even 2 minutes after and the young lady said we cannot sell you the whole cake for the price of $85 so I asked why, she responded because it is not pre ordered I had to buy it per slice which is $9.50 x 10 to make a whole cake totaling of $95. I asked if I could speak with the manager and was transferred to a guy so again I said I can give you my debit card and pay over the phone so they can confirm a sale he then said we cannot sale it to you for the price of $85 because it was not pre ordered. I said thank you and hanged up. Thankfully I found another place that sold their whole crepe cake for $75 and was able to pick up today. Moral of the story do not tell your customers you can sell them a whole cake and pickup the same day for a price and then later come back and charge them $10 more. read more

I didnt even expect to end up at this establishment, i went as a cheat day as i was driving by the mango sticky rice was preem! I ordered an oreo drink after I waited like 30 minutes in line but understandable because it was their grand opening, so I didn't mind. Then they tell me they don't have oreo, so I picked a passion tea that was not flavorful. I asked the nice lady for another drink but she didn't give me the one I wanted. She gave me a mango, which I already had one mango. I didn't want a second one. I wanted to try something different. The mango was not good either. It had no flavor. I love mango anything, but this just didn't hit the spot. I feel embarrassed to go back again to get a different one. It's very small in here but a nice photo spot. Maybe the desserts are good. When I go back I will try one. I don't like to say I will never go back just because I didn't like a couple of things. I always give a chance again, because i'm sure there is something good in there that I will like. They just recently had their grand opening, so it does seem like they are still figuring things out as it comes to service, but the staff are super friendly and welcoming, which offsets it. We had the ice cream sundae, which was a hit with our kids, but nothing out of the ordinary. Their sticky rice with mango and ice cream was delish (extra charge to have ice cream added). My husband's fresh fruit tea was very good. My matcha bubble tea was ok. Would I get it again here, maybe?!? Cute little place, def IG worthy. They actually didn't have any of the waffle options we wanted and they did not have their chocolate cake available neither, which was disappointing!
