Some of the nicest staff on the planet! I cruised by on 1/16/26 around 4pm and ordered one of my favorites , a Mr. Mongo! This is a delicious high-protein smoothie that features a blend of strawberries, bananas, and non-fat frozen yogurt. The young lady at the window explained their rewards system and was super nice. The other lady whom I assumed was the manager, was extremely professional when taking care of a computer system error while customers were impatient. I was very impressed, and will be sure to select Planet Smoothie on Blue Diamond the next time I have a smoothie craving! read more

THE NIGHT OF JANUARY 12TH. I don't even know how you mess up a smoothie, but somehow this place found a way. First of all, it tasted like someone dropped a single strawberry into a cup of melted ice and called it a day. Zero flavor. Zero sweetness. Just cold, sad water with pulp floating around like it was haunted. The texture? Awful. Somehow both chunky and watery at the same time. I don't know what kind of blender they're using, but it should probably be investigated. I waited forever for my order too, which is wild considering all they did was throw random things into a cup and hit a button. And when I finally got it, it was warm. A warm smoothie. That should be illegal. I left still hungry, slightly confused, and honestly offended. If you want something refreshing, go drink tap water and imagine fruit -- it'll taste the same and cost way less. read more

Me and my boyfriend had time to kill before we were checking into our hotel and with this Vegas heat we wanted something cool and refreshing . When I searched up smoothie this place popped up . I asked the staff working what kind of smoothie they recommended and she suggested the road runner . Overall the smoothie was super refreshing , lightly sweetened and it definitely hit the spot . Th thing I liked about this place was that they also offer a drive through option just in case you didn't want to get out which is nice when it's super hot . Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10 . I ordered drive thru after my hike at Red Rock on 4/19 at 6 PM. I got one of their meal replacement smoothies, the Peanut Butter Punch. Which has peanut butter, bananas, and whey protein. Perfect for post hike! It was good. I rate it 4/5. The cashier at the drive thru was extremely friendly and she had the best smile. And the smoothie came out fairly quick. Accusing me of lying and refusing to check facts... the employee Katti was too scared to tell her the truth in offering me a replacement. I found Planet Smoothie last night just as they were closing and I'm so happy I did. When I entered the store it was very clean and I was greeted by a very friendly employee that invited me in and told me it would be just a minute as he was finishing an order for drive through and doing some closing tasks, it didn't take long at all. Wow, I tried this place a few times. The first time I tried one of their bowls, it was ok. The last time I tried the pb and the b, It was plain slop, you could actually drink what should have had the consistency of sorbet with layers of blueberries, bananas and granola, so the granola was drowning in the juice which was supposed to be a sorbet and was soft like oatmeal. If I didn't want to believe in humanity so much, I would have gone so far as to say they intentionally adulterated it, is the way I felt because of the looks from the workers smirking and staring at me as if they knew something was wrong with it. But, I digress. I will say though that my stomach was upset the two last times I've tried them, and will never ever never ever patronize them again. Planet Smoothie has a great selection of fruit blends, breakfast bowls and healthy snacks. They're located on Buffalo and Blue Diamond in Mountain's Edge Marketplace across from Albertson and next to Tide Cleaner. I loving coming here mostly for their Dragon Fruit Pitaya bowl which is topped with crunchy granola, chia seeds, honey drizzle, it's very nutritious, and packed with antioxidants and vitamin C! The drink menu has smoothie favorites like Captain Kid and PBJ which I've tried and both are delicious! Captain Kid has a blend of fresh strawberries and orange sherbert which taste refreshing and perfect for a cool drink. The PBJ has a smooth blend of peanut butter and strawberries with bananas and frozen yogurt, it's light, creamy and amazing! It's just like having peanut butter and jelly but in a yummy smoothie. I usually go for a 22 oz small drink which I think is sufficient for a regular size. The largest you can order is 44 oz. The store is so cute and very clean! Even the restroom is well-maintained. They have a convenient drive thru to place your order and their store is open for walk-in. There is hand sanitizer if you need it. They offer free wifi and you're welcome to stay indoor and enjoy your smoothie. Service is top notch! The girls are sweet and super friendly. If you're not sure what to order, I recommend starting with the Planet Favorites. Personally I love strawberries and blueberries and the Shag-A-Delic has all the ingredients I crave for. I believe this is the first Planet Smoothie in LV. It's located in the southwest area in Mountains Edge. There is a drive thru as well but since it was out first time decided to go inside. There was one girl working and she acknowledged us right away as she was making orders for the drive thru. The menu is big! They also have bowls. I went with the Mountain Man Crunch smoothie which was one of the favorites on the menu. It was very good and filling. My son went with the Mr Mongo smoothie under the protein menu. I had a sip and it was good as well. The inside is very clean. There is lots of parking and again there is a drive thru. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. We walked in and they were cleaning their AC vent grates in the ceiling without covering any of their food. I tried Planet Smoothie today for the first time and I can't recommend this place enough. I came in with my service dog and they were so friendly and welcoming, which isn't the case at some places. The owner suggested a couple options -- both samples were amazing. I ended up choosing the Mountain Man smoothie that has peanut butter and granola in it, so good! Like an idiot I ended up dropping my drink while opening the door, making a giant mess and embarrassing myself, but the ladies there were extremely nice and understanding about it. She made my drink over again at no charge (even though she should have) and overall just made my day. I really appreciate the customer service here and of course the delicious smoothies. I hope this franchise gets picked up through the valley and more locations start popping up though. The smoothie was amazing. I used to go to Tropical Smoothie which has gone downhill then I started going to Jamba Juice which is going out of my way but from now on Planet Smoothie is my go to place when I don't feel like making smoothie. Have to be honest here. I had no freaking clue Planet Smoothie even existed... I drove by it there other day as I was picking up my Tide Dry Cleaning and thought, where the hell did this place come from? In my mind, I thought "gonna have to give this place a shot sometime". Today was that day. My wife did her morning workout right by there at Orange theory and thought it would be a good idea to grab a smoothie there after her workout. After I woke up in the afternoon (I work graveyard), she told me she swung by Planet Smoothie and gave it shot. My wife said she liked it a lot. Said it was a bit pricey but pretty darn good. I took my boys to get their haircuts and thought, I might grab some Planet Smoothie on the way home. Well, I'm a fatty so we swung by there. My boys were able to grab a smoothie too. My youngest got the Chocolate Chimp, my oldest got the Strawberry-colada, and I got the Muscle Up Buttercup. I did not try the Strawberry-colada, but my son said it was amazing (hes 14). I did try my other kids drink, the Chocolate Chimp, and it was pretty darn good! Have to give a big shout out to my drink though, the Muscle Up Buttercup! I got a medium which is 7.99 BUT its also 32oz, which is quite A LOT for a smoothie. I was pretty damn delicious. I thought some flavors might lack because there's a lot of things inside of it, but I could almost taste everything that was put inside of the drink which was awesome. It was mixed perfectly (no chunks of ice, which we all hate I am sure), and best of all, the workers there made it a fun and nice experience. There were zero customer inside and one car in front of me at the drive-thru. They ordered two drinks and I ordered one. From the time I placed my order until I got my drink it took 20 minutes! I'm not sure if the girl is new, or just can't multitask, but it does not take 20 minutes to make 3 drinks and collect payment. Unfortunately my drink wasn't very good either. The flavor was ok but it had a weird consistency to it. I had the Dragonfruit Lemon Splash. It was overly sweet for having lemon in it. Also when I got closer to the bottom there was an odd gel like consistency in it. It was very unappealing. I do understand it was probably not blended enough, but that doesn't make it ok. read more
