Wow! Total vibe check. It's a 180 from the last time I was here. How can I describe it? I think joyful. Staff was smiling and one girl even started dancing. It felt ok to hang out. The countertops were spotless and with no stools or seating it's easy to see why. The place is profoundly busy and tiny, so there isn't really room to host a bunch of people. Even their employees must not have a break room, so they sit in a roped off area at a little table with their back to the customers for added privacy. It's really not private though. I heard my name called and I scooped up my cup of green delight. Oh I do adore warm boba. The cool creamy honeydew sweetness enveloped the chewy anise pearls and it was a decadent treat I absolutely savored. I didn't feel rushed and I lingered just a bit while I enjoyed my honeydew boba. Really sorry to be writing this review but I'm hoping someone makes the adjustment. I've been to brew tea bar nearly every week for 3 years, and it's a hit 90% of the time. But recently, it's been consistently bad. I've been getting watery tea, and I always request for less cream (more tea base). We got really lucky when we visited because there was no line and there were only a few people in the store. I wanted to make sure we stopped by before we left Vegas as this was a highly recommended and rated bubble tea shop. What we tried: Hokkaido Milk Tea - 4.5/5 Royal Ceylon Tiramisu Cheese Latte - 5/5 Phoenix Oolong Cheese Latte - 4.5/5 Loved all the drinks we got! They all had this great balance of bold tea flavor while not being overly sweet. Their boba was perfectly cooked too--soft and chewy--the kind we really enjoy having. No hard centers on these bobas. They also had their own flavor and slight bit of sweetness that added just the right amount of flavor and texture to the drinks. Consistency is why I keep giving them my business. The drinks always taste the same and I love that. It doesn't matter if you come in earlier in the day or later in the evenings. There are a few locations around town and I've noticed that they keep expanding. They do have a rewards program for regulars. I moved out to Vegas in August of last year and it's been hard to find a place that sells a good milk tea. I didn't think it would be this hard but I finally found one. Staff is friendly. Loved the music they were playing while I waited. They were quick too. There was a line but it moved fast and I got my drinks pretty quick! Drinks were perfect. I always judge a place based off their milk tea. If you can't get that right then why bother. I used to work at boba shop and it's a basic drink. My biggest complain is the lines and wait times. It's very small inside so when it gets filled there's no where to really go. I'd really recommend to order ahead of time for pickup if you don't want to wait. Boba texture is always spot on. They keep the lines moving and the workers are all pretty nice. Good blend of the milk and tea flavors. I added my favorite topping (pudding), and it was smooth and silky. LYCHEE-PEACHY: Super refreshing, and perfect on a hot day which Vegas has plenty of! Simply the best boba shop in town. I've been coming here since they first opened years ago. Every new or pre-existing boba shop around does not compare. I find myself always using this place as the gold standard and keep coming back! I've liked every drink I've tried. The tea flavors are strong and the drinks are perfectly creamy. My go-to's are the classic milk tea "Brew Milk Tea" and the Taro Slush, which has fresh taro on top. The cheese foam lattes are also very good. I recently discovered the cookie butter Hojicha latte. The cookie butter foam is sooo good. I don't find the drinks all too sweet, even at 100% level. Service is great and super friendly. Although the line looks long, it usually moves pretty quickly. I'm usually in and out within 10-12 mins. The inside is clean and modern looking. There is no seating however, so it's strictly to-go orders, at the Rainbow location at least. Make sure to sign up your phone number for rewards at check-out. Every 10 drinks you get a free one, and this is easily attainable by how much you'll love this place! The wait for the tea was moderate and they both tasted great. The texture of the boba was perfect, and the tea was not too sweet at all. We ordered 75% sugar and it was just right. Been coming here since they opened. Recently their new staff has not been the greatest with following drink orders. I ordered a few weeks ago with no ice in my drink and I noticed before I left so they were able to correct it. Not to mention the guy seemed upset that I had told him I ordered without ice. He remade a new when honestly I would have been happy with him scooping the ice out and adding my sea salt cream on top. Today I ordered 2 more drinks and again have ice when I asked for no ice. One of my favorite boba shops that I always visit when I'm in Vegas (they have multiple locations). They use quality teas. My favorites are the Pheonix oolong or Smokey oolong milk tea. I recommend getting less sugar because it can be quite sweet. The prices are pretty affordable compared to California. The service is always friendly. I found that they have an order ahead option which gave us a perfect amount of time to order, leave The Strip, and drive out to the area. We ordered a total of 6 drinks which ranged in variety from strawberry matcha milk tea to fruit tea to hot caffeine-free rooibos tea to the classic iced brew milk tea. All were ordered with boba. When we arrived, we only waited a couple of minutes, but at 8pm on a Thursday, this place had a bunch of people in there both picking up and ordering in person. Needless to say, this place is popular. As a first timer having Brew Tea Bar, the first thing that hit me was the flavor and consistency of the boba. The boba alone was probably the best flavor I've experience, and this is coming from a girl from San Francisco who has had many a boba! Everyone loved their drinks. Their reward system is linked through your phone number and also through Cash App. It's pretty unclear what reward with the amount accumulated is offered so I had to go in and ask. They are basically saying once you get 10 stars you can only get a select number of drinks offered. It's not any freebie on the menu which I was disappointed about. Our go to is always the strawberry Matcha. We did 50% but I honestly feel like you could get away with 25% if you like less sugary drinks. The one thing they have down here is the Boba texture. It is always super bouncy and chewy. If you don't wanna wait in the line, you can also order ahead of time on the website, but when we came in, there was no line. The workers are all very friendly there and open to any questions you may have about specific drinks or recommendations.
