visited today & tried the snow white mango juice sago & pomelo w/ mango ice cream. friend got the mango juice rice ball with ice cream. we are both very impressed with the quality of the fruits and portion, especially since we visited on the third day since they opened. we both love mangoes and frequent the mango mango in other NJ and NYC locations, so it's great that there's one in livingston now. it's not mango season at the moment, so the mango chunks were a tad bit unripe & sour, but nothing overwhelmingly on the negative side. we just wish they could have been softer and sweeter, but thankfully the mango juice gave enough flavor. the rice balls were incredibly chewy and they did not skimp on the amount, which we were very impressed with since most places don't provide as many. we were met with friendly servers who provided glasses of ice water & later took our orders. unfortunately, we waited 25 minutes for our order. there were only about 4-5 other parties present. we get that staff is probably not too trained yet/they're understaffed, but it was just a bit too long. store was kept tidy and clean, and one of the workers was constantly sweeping and wiping down tables. there's also a restroom which is very convenient. hoping to visit soon again and would love to improve the review to 5 stars once everything settles! read more

Venue and service were great but food was just ok compared to their sister store in Edison. Maybe we arrived on an "off" day for them as the venue was warmer than it was outside, so the desserts and drinks were not up to par. Expected the cold drinks to be cold like their sister company in Edison does it but they were closer to room temp and like I said, it was a little too warm in there that day. They did turn on the AC once more customers arrived (they open at noon, we arrived at 4). Perhaps I'd come back but only upon general consensus of my kids since 16 Handles another option, a few stores down. Was never asked if I was a loyalty member so of course I forgot to scan my rewards and I didn't get a receipt. For $30+ spent for 2 ppl I'll remember in the future. read more

I have several points to make, but I'll start by saying that the desserts are very good. However, the truth is that for the past few weeks, the quality and presentation have declined. The presentation is often horrible. Additionally, the preparation of drinks takes a long time; I had to wait up to 8 minutes for a drink and up to 15 minutes for waffles. But that's not all--one day, while I was waiting for my order, I heard someone in the kitchen yelling, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING, AIDA?" This is really disrespectful to both the employee and the customers because a manager or head chef should not be yelling at anyone. I have worked in similar places and was never yelled at. That girl, Aida, should quit. The menu and interior were so cute. It was my first time in this location with my girl friends and it was such a cutesy little place with great desserts. Parking was a bit confusing as it's like a bit of a "U" building. The tea we ordered was great but a little too sweet for our taste. I came here and ordered 4 drinks, one of them had seeds from the fruit all on it and you could barley get some tea, normally I would not order this but I did not know if had seeds and it was not told to me. So I go up and as very nicely can I please get a different drink I don't like this one and they say very nicely sure! So I did order two of these seed drinks and so I was hoping to get two new ones and I thought it would be no problem until they told me I would have to be charged for another drink since apparently they made four drinks and replaced the new drink with the one they made so if we wanted to get a new one for one that was not even made we would have to pay. We did not make a big deal and just left but not all of us had drinks because of what happened. Overall nice place and pretty good food just make sure to double check what comes in your drink because the pictures that are shown are not too acrruate. read more

The store is in Livingston Town Center and there is ample parking in the complex on a Sunday afternoon. The inside décor is bright and stylish. The staff and owner were all very friendly and nice. I came with my family and my brother's family, and we ordered: · Snow White Mango juice with red bean - It was soooo good! We had it for take out and I ate it soo fast on my car ride home. · Mango Pancake Dessert-Love this! The mango desert is a thin crepe wrapped with a chunk of mango and whipped cream inside. The mangos tasted fresh with the perfect amount of sweetness. · Matcha Crepe Roll-is a thin matcha crepe wrapped with red beans and whipped cream inside. It was good too. The cream was light and fluffy. · Original Bubble Tea was good but remember to tell them beforehand how much ice and sugar you want. The owner was nice enough to remind me, otherwise, my drink might have been too sweet for me. I tend to ask for less sugar. · Mango juice with rice ball - My brother ordered, and he seemed to like it because it was gone by the time he drove to my place. · Snow White Smoothie with red bean & Mango - My sil had this and enjoyed it.
