I haven't personally met the owner yet but my friend has and we just love this shop. Well hidden, this is a blink and you'll miss it kinda place. It's located inside a laundry mat! So you enter and the sign on the door is correct but the shop is in a tiny corner in the back. The boba is well made and the flavours very unique and delicious.
