Lily took into account my requests for the trip and contacted me with options before booking hotels etc. She also does a great job at booking transfers to and from airports, hotels, train stations. While everyone else waits for taxis and Ubers in a crowded setting, our drivers were always ready to go when we arrived. There are also options for tours and other excursions, which I selectively took advantage of based on what my friends/family wanted. And everything ends up being cheaper than if I booked it myself!
