A friend of mine used them for her honeymoon and couldn't stop raving about how they had their flights/hotels booked to hop from city to city in Greece, at a great price, with top notch hotels and sight recommendations, and weren't forced to do any sort of tours! They can obviously do that for you, I just prefer to have a loose itinerary and discover things at my own pace. So on to my personal experience... I used them for 2 recent trips in the past couple months and I highly recommend Jack and Zara! The most recent was a 4 day snow trip to Mammoth for a group of 12. They really went above and beyond. I couldn't find anything decent or large enough when looking online and they gave me multiple options so fast. I booked right then and there for my group and also added on lift tickets and snow gear rentals with them. Top notch customer service. They get unbelievably good deals frequently too, like round trip flights to Paris for under $500, so I'm keeping my eye out for the next one.

Lily took into account my requests for the trip and contacted me with options before booking hotels etc. She also does a great job at booking transfers to and from airports, hotels, train stations. While everyone else waits for taxis and Ubers in a crowded setting, our drivers were always ready to go when we arrived. There are also options for tours and other excursions, which I selectively took advantage of based on what my friends/family wanted. And everything ends up being cheaper than if I booked it myself! Will use these services when traveling again in the future.

Don't think that booking online will save you money, it will only give you a headache if your computer freezes or you inadvertently push the "wrong button" and cannot "undo". Good luck trying to reach a real person and modify your booking. I recently purchased a trip for my mom from and back to Italy and Anna was able to to seat us together, matching my existing Lufthansa mileage flight which was from and to LA. Last week she saved a friend of mine who had been searching for the past month for a decent flight to Europe that would suit her very particular schedule and Anna found it. She and Harry are a pleasure to work with.
