He explained the entire process to us (as we may have been a bit difficult still) with the patience of a saint. We ended up getting on quite well and he even took a second photo for my girlfriend who didn't like her first. Pedro then escorted us over to Christina, who checked us out with courtesy and a smile. The benefits of a AAA membership stand on their own merit, but with service like we got, it's worth every penny. They are running a great organization there.

I had bad experience using this service to try and get an expedited passport. My time horizon was 5…read moreweeks out from my trip and wanted to make sure I had a passport in plenty of time. I went through their online application process and then had a follow up conversation with one of their representatives to confirm what I would need to get from the passport office. At this point of the process I had confirmed my trip itinerary and timeline with Passport Center and that I was using their service for an expedited passport. I was told I would need to have my documents certified and pay for the passport at the passport office and that I would also need to provide them with a trip itinerary, and then all of this information would need to be sent to the Passport Center. Once I arrived at the Passport office, I was immediately informed that I could not use an expediting service, because the time line of my trip was too far out. I was then told that I would need to come back two weeks before trip and submit the paperwork if I wanted to use an expediting service. They gave me another option of simply paying for expedited processing through the passport office itself. Which I went ahead and did. Passport Center took my money, aware that I would be unable to use their service as described. I then reached out to the Passport Center and to cancel my order with them. At which point told someone would reach out to me in regards to the cancelation no one did. At this point I reached to my CC company to start a dispute process on the charge, as I had not used their service. This happened at the August, it's now October and I still have had no follow up from Passport Center and the dispute with my CC is on going. I couldn't in good faith recommend anyone using this company.

They sold me fully refundable airfare for my trip and then included the airfare in my insurance quote. When I requested why, I was told "The majority of the time, even with a flight being fully refundable we still insure it. If something were to go wrong with the trip, it would make the whole process smoother." When I asked what does that mean, I got no response. Really, $1,200 to "make the whole process smoother" if I need to file a claim. When I requested that the airfare be removed, they sent another quote that was very high. Then they asked if I wanted a quote from another travel insurance company. Really, you have to ask to get another quote? The other company's quote was $1,100 less than the first. These agents are not interested in anything but their commission.
