I was quoted a written price for pickup at JFK airport in the baggage claim area. The flight came in early, the services were rendered, and the next day they charged my credit card beyond what was quoted, including a "wait fee" - however, since the flight came in early, the driver did not wait. It is unfair business practice to charge someone more money, without consulting them, just because you have their credit card on file. I immediatly contacted the business and asked them to give me credit for that unfair charge - they said they would get back to me in 2 days, but I never heard back from anybody. Buyer beware! They'll rip you off and not even get back to you....take your business elsewhere.

I called him when we got our bags and he showed up 5 minutes later - and this was all at 1:10 AM on a Sunday morning. Couldn't have asked for better service.
