I had Rik look over my Closing Disclosure for a refinance that I signed with a notary the day before. Not only did Rik let me know I was seriously being ripped off, he offered to beat the rate and price that nobody else could match and to expedite the process immediately and close my loan within 2 weeks. I happen to be living in Northern California and he was in Southern California which made no difference whatsoever.   After completing my online application, I can tell you that Rik and his team worked around the clock to close my loan in 2 weeks just like he said. The communication I received from Rik and his team was friendly and professional of the highest standards! I never felt like there was any lack of communication. Any little problem that happened like problems with my home or flood insurance, Rik and his team went out of their way to handle them immediately and it was amazing!  All I can say it that you want Rik on you team, and I will be contacting him for future purchases and referring him to everyone I know. I would highly recommend him as being the first person to call for a home mortgage or to refinance. I came in on a Monday as a walk-in and Jamie helped me navigate the online application to start seeing about a car loan. She was very nice and quite helpful. After submitting my application, Lisa Zouhar was the one who helped me with the loan. She was so kind, helpful and patient. I am autistic and need a little more help than a neurotypical person. She did not get frustrated with me when I asked many questions and had to talk out the steps I needed to make (essentially repeating everything she just told me). There was not a single time where I felt like giving up the process because it took a lot of finding documents and bringing them to Wheelhouse and I was already overstimulated from not having a car during the time. If only there were more people like her in the world to make it make more sense. I am now the proud owner of a Ford Escape and I have her to thank for it. I haven't left a Yelp review in a very long time but I felt that she deserved recognition for the time she took to help me. I was referred to Loan Depot by a Wells Fargo loan officer, who said he couldn't close in less than 35 days due to COVID madness. I also called Chase, American Financial and Benchmark. John beat them all on rates and he was able to confirm that he could close in the time that I needed. In the end, I wasn't able to turn around my documents in time to hold up my end of the bargain. My original rate that I had was really good but my payment being a newer vehicle was very expensive at almost $900 per month. This morning I walked into Mission Federal while I was passing by in the area and sat down with Daisy with no appointment scheduled . As far as Cross Country Mortgage, unlike many of the other negative reviews, I have not had any issues up to this point.
