He sarcastically said, "Oh, a return after the Fourth of July." When I called him out on how unprofessional and rude that was, he dismissed it by saying, "It's just a joke." A joke is only funny when everyone is laughing--not when it makes a customer feel unwelcome for making a perfectly valid return. Returns are part of retail, and customers shouldn't be made to feel like they're an inconvenience. Kevin's attitude was disrespectful, and I hope management addresses how customers are treated because this experience was completely unnecessary.

Costco Business Center cater mostly to restaurants and commercial business for bulk supplies, plus a wide selection Items, this store is well organized and srock, the aisles are wide and clean, the center's doesn't sell clothing, electronics, phamacies or a food court, the best experience about shopping here is no long check out lines plus no crowds.
