I spent almost all day calling UPS and Macy's yesterday. My bank gave me a credit but I may lose it if I can't get this out of my home and back to Macy's. Who knows if I will be told to pay a lot. From an email to Macy's Customer Service: I spent all day on the phone with UPS and Macy's. I am closing all Macy's cards. UPS now says it is freight. The freight service does not honor the tracking. Macy's said they called to schedule a pickup so I wouldn't pay. UPS said they didn't call. What am I supposed to do? I want someone to come Saturday morning, call when they are here, come to the apartment, and get these packages out of my apartment. Please advise what am I supposed to do.
