It was like making a decision with a friend.....not a salesperson. Honestly, I'd buy another car from Travis in a heartbeat simply because he is the kind of connection that WILL ensure we are taken care of even long after the sale. Because it was a weekend, the staff claimed they couldn't get in touch with GM Financial to confirm how to handle it and told me to follow up. Here is where the entire process fell apart: * GM Financial stated to me that the dealership handles lease pull-ahead payments. However, two months after driving off the lot, I was hit with a final $1,500+ invoice from the financial institution. * When I brought this bill to my salesman, the runaround and confusion began. I received text messages with conflicting info, including claims that management "had never heard of such a thing" and that they were trying to contact a corporate rep. * After weeks of getting nothing but empty reassurances via text, I escalated the issue directly to the General Manager and the Owner. The GM explicitly promised he would look into it and call me back by the following week. He never called. A follow-up call to the receptionist (who assured me he would call right back) went completely ignored. Now, I am stuck holding a major bill because this dealership refuses to answer emails, return phone calls, or help clear up the confusion caused by their own staff. Once they have your signature on the dotted line, they might ghost you.

True to form, my new high-maintenence girlfriend has kept me busy and has cost me money, but Witmer's Garage is the therapist that has kept the relationship puttering along. Witmer's specializes in Audi and VW. Far be it from me to judge the reliability trends of Audi/VW products (AHEM), but their parking lot of "clients" is always full. I guess others have realized what I have: that these are the best specialists in Ephrata. They are priced much more reasonably than other local Audi/VW specialists, and they will save you a dime where they can...and they have. They generally have the car done on time, and call before additional expenses are thrown on the bill. I have also found them to know their stuff well and to trouble shoot problems with a pretty high degree of accuracy. Lots of practice, I suppose. As you probably can tell if you have read between the lines, the only thing holding me back from driving the Audi off cliffs of the Shoeneck quarry are theyse guys. Some people swear by Audis; others swear at them. So long as this love to hate relationship persists, Witmer's garage will be the garage of choice, hands down.

Our last Grand Cherokee was terrible with ECM problems and Savage Jeep could not diagnose the problem but still charged us over $250 for 'no actual' service. We will never buy another Jeep. Shawna from Piazza service was wonderful. My wife (her car) took the CX-5 in for the complimentary free first service and she's very impressed. Mechanic so polite and respectful. She loves her CX-5!

They charged me 2200 dollars and said it was fixed. It wasn't. When they took it back the second time, they got it into an accident. Yes, they repaired the damage caused by the accident, but we all know how the system works when you go to trade in your car: "There was an accident reported against the vehicle, so we had to lower the trade-in value." Well, Piazza Mazda of Reading wont even acknowledge this fact when I ask for some form of compensation for the diminished value. Further, they still never fixed the vibration issue. It is still there. So, not only did they devalue my vehicle but they charged me 2200 dollars for fixing a problem that is still there. And when I escalated the issue, no one wanted to be bothered. So, take this as a warning. STAY AWAY from the Mazda brand and especially Piazza Mazda of Reading. They don't care about their customers and when it matters most they aren't going to do more than the minimum. They will upsell you every time you take it in for service. They will overcharge for everything. If they get your car into an accident, they will shrug and say "it happens" (that was literally what I was told while talking to the dealership manager, as I inspected the damage done to my vehicle). They feel it is ok to not compensate the customer fully for the damage they cause (they just repair it and hope the customer goes away). This is a warning. Stay away. Go purchase a car from a different company that values their customers, because Piazza Mazda of Reading doesn't.

I get there and they have no idea where the truck is. After 4 hours and trying to flip me to another truck (no, I drove 2 hours for a specific truck) they finally figure out that the truck they advertised for sale on autotrader is the same one they loaned out to someone that had their truck in for service. They said it would be back that day. Nope. Then 2 days. Nope. Then on the 4th day they drove it to me and I find out that it has 3k miles more on it than was advertised. All the pics and paperwork said 23k, when I drive it there are 26k on it. I complained and got a free oil change. Then a few weeks later I get a call from the dealer saying the bank red flagged my paperwork and the loan isn't funded. Someone at the dealer fat fingered my ssn so it didn't match paperwork. So they ask me to email my ssn to them. Not a chance. Who asks to send ssn through unsecure email?!? I call the bank and settle it myself. Then I get notices from PA DMV that they don't have my previous cars plate, the one I traded in to Keller. So that issue is ongoing, don't know where the plate is yet. It's a shame because the salesman was a good kid, he tried. He hadn't been trained well on vehicle specifics or just didn't do his homework, because he didn't know a lot about the truck or even the dreaded "hemi tick" associated with rams, but he was nice to deal with. The incompetence at this place is astounding. Go somewhere else.

After we set an appointment to come in and view the vehicle, I noticed a sign hanging from the vehicles rear view mirror. The sign said "Welcome Stephanie", and that to me expressed that I had hit the jackpot when it comes to customer service lol. Kerry was very detailed oriented, patient, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to comprehend my situation. I ended up leaving that day with a new car and couldn't be more happier.
