The majority of the staff seem to be angry at life and are fairly unhelpful at times. That being said, I also haven't really run into un-fixable issues with the auction house. In the videos, he showed me several features like how to work the auto start, how to work the moon roof, and other cool tech features of my car. He even showed me the minor imperfections of buying a used car ( micro dents). Straightforward honesty. He even let me know it was previously owned by a smoker. Yet, it didn't smell like smoke. I flew in to Tampa airport and one of the owners of this family business picked us up from the airport. Love the concierge service!
