He knows the ins and outs and he's very good at what he does. I love that he's straightforward too because we all know mechanics find other things wrong. But, Eddie is passionate and compassionate. No swindling here and you are in perfect hands! All in all, he fixed my tire pressure light in under an hour and I left a very happy customer! It was explained to me that I would not have to that I purchased the maintenance warranty pay for anything for 4 years,which I found out later was just oil changes and filters after my 2nd oil change the service writer informed me I only had 2 free oil changes left. I explained to him that I had the warranty which he informed me it did not show on his screen and that I only had 2 free oil changes left. So I called the finance dept. and was told it would be all straightened out and he would make sure it was corrected. So after 5 engine lights 4 times back to the dealer I decided to trade in the car. In doing so I requested a refund for the warranty in which I recieved a check for $209.00 which I felt was a mistake. After 4 phone calls to get it corrected I was informed that because of my 3 oil changes by then (8 months) of ownership that is why that was all I received and that Park Lincoln does not due free oil changes with the exception of Black Label vehicles.So even though I do not agree with the way it was explained to me that is still $430 a oil change. When I wrote a review about my displeasure of buying a new car and having to have it picked up or dropped offfor the engine light issue I feel like I was bribed with a car payment to in turn give a good review,but once I traded the car in the serviced stopped. I told him even though I did not think I used any of the warranty, the way it was explained to me,I still felt like I should get at least a much bigger refund then the $209.00 . This is not even going into what I was promised the last time I dropped it off at the dealership that was never delivered. I would never recommend to purchase anything at Park Lincoln to anyone the sale of the vehicle was done well and very professional,but the rest of my experience was less than satisfactory. There were a few reasons - some in porsche tampa's control, some not - that led to a mediocre experience last year that left me filled with some anxiety for my two year service. I went ahead and scheduled my service online and was planning on making the drive from Clearwater to Tampa and back the same day. I won't go into too many details, but from the first call I had with Mike, he did everything in his power to help make this the most stress-free experience possible for me (and he totally succeeded). I've been quite stressed out recently with work and he caught me at a bad time, but he did have to share additional details about my service a couple of days before. Basically since there was also a recall on my car, it wasn't going to be just a single day service. Just thinking about having to make the trip from clearwater out there twice hurt my head. No problem! They'll have someone drive out the loaner to where I live, get my car for me and drop it back off. I didn't even realize this was an option but what a lifesaver that was - I didn't even need to take time off from work for this! Mike also made sure one of the issues from my service last year, an issue that's been bothering me since then, was resolved - I am so appreciative of that. Timmer made sure I was good with my loaner before he drove off with my cayman and Randy ended up catching me mid-meeting at my office when he returned my car, but thanks to tracking, I was able to meet him outside right as he was pulling up with a less than four minute hand-off. Couldn't have asked for a more seamless drop off and pick up experience. Seriously, this was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you guys!!!

I purchased a used 2020 BMW X5 from Porsche Tampa in June 2026. I chose the vehicle partly because…read moreof the maintenance history and because Porsche Tampa's records showed that a pre-delivery inspection and maintenance inspection had been completed before the sale. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I checked several maintenance items myself and found things that significantly reduced my confidence in how the vehicle had been prepared for sale. The engine air filter I removed was dated 2019, and the cabin filter was dated 2020. The vehicle also had a Lexus-branded 80 Ah EFB battery installed. When I went to BMW using the VIN, BMW specified and sold me a 60 Ah AGM battery for the vehicle. I purchased the correct BMW battery and had the replacement properly registered. I also changed the engine oil and filter shortly after purchase because the oil I removed was extremely dark and had a strong petroleum smell. I cannot say exactly when that oil had last been changed, but its condition added to my concerns about the maintenance history. More recently, the A/C progressively stopped cooling properly until only the driver's side was cold. Adding refrigerant restored normal cooling, although the reason the system was low has not yet been diagnosed. What is especially disappointing is that Porsche Tampa's own service history showed a pre-delivery inspection, maintenance inspection, and charging-system check before I purchased the vehicle. I expected obvious items such as the incorrect battery and very old filters to have been identified during that process. I attempted to resolve the situation by trading the BMW back to Porsche Tampa and purchasing one of their Certified Pre-Owned Cayennes instead. During that process, I also encountered a pricing issue where dealer fees that the website stated were included in the advertised vehicle price appeared again on the initial proposal. After I questioned it, Porsche Tampa acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and corrected the proposal. I appreciate that they corrected it. Unfortunately, we were ultimately unable to reach a customer-satisfaction solution that made sense for me. I understand that the BMW was sold as-is, and I am not accusing Porsche Tampa of knowingly concealing these issues. My disappointment is that I purchased from a Porsche dealership expecting a higher standard of used-vehicle inspection and preparation. I am giving two stars rather than one because the dealership communicated with me, corrected the pricing mistake when it was brought to their attention, and attempted to work on a trade solution. However, based on my overall experience, I would recommend that anyone purchasing a non-Porsche used vehicle here obtain an independent pre-purchase inspection regardless of the service history or dealer inspection shown in the records.
