I made an appointment with Chris at the front desk and he was very kind and accommodating. My favorite mechanic is Eddie V. He's the best of the best and I highly recommend you book with him. He knows the ins and outs and he's very good at what he does. I love that he's straightforward too because we all know mechanics find other things wrong. But, Eddie is passionate and compassionate. No swindling here and you are in perfect hands! All in all, he fixed my tire pressure light in under an hour and I left a very happy customer! After I completed a purchase here, all I needed to do was send them a couple of my last paystubs for proof of income. This wasn't normally a problem, but it was late on a Friday on a holiday weekend and I had trouble getting in touch with somebody from my companies HR department to send these to me. I explained that this might have to wait until the following week. The sales manager absolutely lost his mind with anger. He started cussing me out, using profanity, and even accused me of being an unemployed liar. He asked me "do you even have a job, or did you just say that to get the car?" Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. What a way to treat your paying customers. Eventually I was able to acquire the paperwork he needed from my company, and suddenly they were all nice and friendly again. Yeah, screw you. These are awful people to deal with. Never again.

Kim was super sweet and accommodating. I forget the guys name that did my oil change but he was awesome and super knowledgeable. I purchased a used truck from Victory Auto Mall in St. Petersburg in September 2025. At the time of…read moresale, I was told the check engine light would be repaired. Since then, I have returned the vehicle to them multiple times (including three trips from Fort Myers), and the issue was never resolved. I was eventually told to take the truck to a dealership for repair. The vehicle has now been diagnosed with a bad transmission and inverter. The extended warranty sold at the time of purchase does not cover all of these issues, leaving me with significant out-of-pocket costs. I withheld a remaining $1,020 of the down payment due to the unresolved issue tied to the original agreement. Instead of resolving the matter, the dealership placed a registration/tag stop, preventing me from renewing my registration, and has stopped responding to my calls. I am currently attempting to resolve this directly and through formal channels. I will update this review based on how the dealership handles this situation moving forward.
