My instincts were right; I overheard another customer before my treatment warning me against this place, suggesting they specialize more in eyebrow services. It felt like more of a numbers game here--getting clients in and out quickly rather than providing a quality experience. I cannot recommend this place for facials. it's better to seek out a qualified professional elsewhere. My advice: stick to their eyebrow services if you must visit. The building was easy to find, but I had to call Ebony upon arriving because her shop is located in the basement and I couldn't figure out how to get there based on the door I entered. She should probably provide instructions to let clients know which door to enter and how to get downstairs when she confirms appointments. It was actually kind of scary down there to me since it was dark and there were no other offices open in the basement. As other reviewers noted, Ebony is super sweet. Very accommodating and personable. The actual room where she does the facials is really small compared to the other place I usually go. I actually mentioned to her how short and narrow the table/bed was where you lay for the procedure. The table is also right next to a wall, which is unusual as well since other places have enough space to walk around as you lay down, to provide other services, like massages. The facial was fine, but not as extensive as the ones I usually get. It's important to note that her prices are also half the cost of what I typically pay.
