Dear Manager, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the gel manicure and pedicure services I received at your Cherry Creek location a few days before leaving for a cruise to Japan in September 15,2025. While the in-salon service was fantastic, my gel nails began cracking and peeling by the third day of my trip, and all were completely removed from my hands and toes by the second week. In contrast, my girlfriend, who had the same services done at the same time, experienced no issues with hers. This suggests that the gel product used for my service may have been old or defective. I attempted to contact your salon regarding this issue while still on vacation, even sending photos, but I never received a response. The lack of follow-up and the poor quality of the product have completely soured my initial positive impression. My friend and I had planned to be repeat customers, but given this experience and the lack of response, we will not be returning. I have attached the photo documenting the condition of my nails. I expect a prompt response regarding this matter. My experience in the salon was great. Staff was friendly and the salon was clean! I got Gel X with French tips and it looked great in the salon, but the next day the gel x looks cloudy and honestly kind of gross. There are also quite a few bubbles under the gel x on some nails. It would come back, but just wouldn't get the Gel X again unfortunately. The manicure was great, but just the quality of the Gel X is a bummer and I will likely get them redone somewhere else :( I would give the salon 5 stars for the vibe, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff, but the quality of my gel X is unfortunate. read more

I got a basic pedicure here and it truly was extremely basic. I like the facility but did not like my technician. The facility itself is very nice and the pedicure chairs have a massage function, which is great! I was quickly seated and offered a beverage. The technician came very quickly after I was seated. That's where it went slightly downhill - my friend and I got the same service of basic pedicure, but my technician was fairly sloppy - rushing through every single task and skipped some steps altogether. While I can appreciate efficiency, it shouldn't be at the expense of quality of experience. I was most disappointed by the rushed leg massage. The entire experience was very transactional, and I likely will not return because of the poor experience with the technician. They have a decent range of colors, but do markup the different types of polishes, including paying an extra five dollars for quick dry polish. The nail tech was cold and not very nice to me. So that was really off putting. The salon was nice and clean. I got a mani/pedi dip and gel for nearly 200$ which is actually insane. I paid for it anyways and didn't fight it. 1/2 week later 2 nails have chipped. The dip is so thin and bad quality. Boooo Really disappointed with the quality and durability given the price. Stopped by without an appointment and asked if the had time for a pedicure. The woman at the front was super friendly and said they did have availability for a basic pedicure and asked me to pick a color. They have upscale options (Chanel, Hermes, etc) options to choose from, but also had some basic polishes as well (DND, OPI, etc). I was quickly seated and while I can't be sure, I know the ladies at the pedicure stations commented on my well-loved Birkenstocks and my chubby toes. Anyways, I wasn't expecting much from my basic pedicure but it went by so quickly it left me so surprised. While I waited for my toes to dry, I noticed that the service was supposed to last 30 minutes. I wasn't sure exactly what time I started my pedicure, but when I looked at my parking receipt, I had only been parked for 27 minutes. Mind you, after parking, I had stopped to grabbed a matcha and I walked 5 blocks to the salon, so definitely not the promised 30 minutes. $45 later plus tip I walked away sub-par toes, still a half a matcha left and 30 minutes still left on my parking meter. read more

I called on Mother's Day and was surprised the host said no problem & salon could fit myself and 2 others in at 4:15p & was not aware they closed early that day. I got a French (natural nail) mani pedi and I needed a tip repair for one of my big toes. I told the host all of this on the phone. My mom and spouse both wanted gel manicures with organic additives. We spent $600 including tip. Their chairs are the most comfortable massage chairs I have ever experienced and they offer sparkling water + complimentary champagne if you spend some $$. My first experience here was beautiful. I raved about it to my partner and mom. This experience however was a bit different. The place was busy and we weren't welcomed back until about 4:30. Not bad- but I wasn't aware they closed at 5... I feel the host should not have told us to come in. To keep it short, the techs were very obviously displeased and I felt they were very obviously speaking negatively about us. We all felt it. I come from the service industry. I get it. I appreciate my personal tech for staying later to finish my service. I absolutely tipped her extra cash for staying. My toes were uneven & the French was very obviously rushed. We were told they had room and we paid full price for a good experience. Just shy of two weeks my gel has already peeled up on most of my nails. I probably won't be back. I came in for a mani pedi and my fiancée wanted a simple manicure to just cut her cuticles. I requested a simple flower design and they said they could not do it but could use stickers. I asked for nail extensions they did not do the right nails i even showed a picture they also kept burning me and when i told my nail tech she said it was fine and completely ignored me. I paid 150 for basic french tip nails that came off the day after!! i used a translator app to see what they were talking about and they were TALKING BAD about my nails!!!! This place ground my real nails down so thin they hurt. A month later when I had another tech remove the nails there was what professional nail techs call the "ring of fire" on two of my nails. It's a very small location in Cherry Creek (right across from Starbucks) with free parking if you don't live in the area. It's not fancy inside nor is it a complete hole in the wall. I actually liked my experience but I truly think it depends on the Nail Tech. I noticed there are def some differences in service and speed. But - this place was on ClassPass and I think I will return without it. It's def pricer than other locations but this is cherry creek real estate after all. When I went to get the service itself, it was fine but pricy, a mani pedi with tip was $190. I am extremely disappointed as my nails started feeling loose only two days after the initial service and exactly a week later, four of my GelX nails have come off. What is the point of going to get a service done if it doesn't last? I don't recommend spending your money here because it would be a waste. If you're going to charge a high end price I would appreciate if my nails at least last a week. read more

I had a great gel-manicure and regular pedicure here a few weeks ago. I made the appointment online (super easy), and they were ready for me when I arrived. There are gel-books, so perused those colors after I picked my pedi color and sat down in the chair. Lots of great color options! I went for a darker cranberry color on my toes, and a lighter champagne color on my nails. I always wait to write nail reviews to see how long the polish lasts (and looks good). I got a solid 2.5 weeks out of my nails which was great, and about a month out of the pedicure. Extremely happy with the service and the colors available - will be back again! read more

While everyone was so kind but I can only give this one star for the fact I received SNS (dip) nails and they only lasted 4 days before the first nail chipped. I had them done for a destination wedding, fortunately lasted through that day but not a day longer. I get dip BECAUSE it lasts about 4 weeks. Now I am 12 days in to these nails with 7 nails chipped. I'm no longer in Denver and actually went to my regular nail place at home for 2 fixes a few days ago but then the remaining nails chipped more. SNS is not cheap and to last such a short time is not a good investment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING DIP NAILS FROM THIS PLACE. read more

I have given this salon two tries while visiting Denver ( once at each CC location) and they failed miserably at both. Perhaps my request threw them off - a dip French manicure with color on the tips. I have this style regularly at my home salon, with no problem. However, Mani-Pedi's polish cracked and chipped at the tips both times. They insist on gel color on the tips (not powder as done at my home salon), and top coat. The second time I shared the first had not held, and they said they would dip a top coat over the gel, which made the colored tip look cloudy, plus they still chipped horribly For $75 and 1.5 hours it was a total waste. I always want those who are exceptional to be recognized but at the same time I was thinking....hmmm don't let the secret out or you might not ever get in again! I booked an appointment online...very easy to do. I was immediately greeted by CC at the front desk. She had my appointment on the books and asked that I sit in the immaculately cleaned front while she sterilized the area for my manicure. Everyone was masked, stations immaculate, and you signed a waiver for service. All the tables have plexi glass screens too. Every nail tech is wearing gloves and has a mask on. I had the pleasure of getting Ms. Deb as my technician who also happens to be the owner. My nails and skin were dry dry dry....she recommended the keratin treatment which is a keratin infused glove applied with heat. It was a very reasonable add on at $10 and 4 days later I am still seeing the benefits even though I wash my hands like crazy. The place became packed on a Friday night...appropriately spaced, and customers moved in and out efficient and safely. It is the cleanest salon I have ever been in Denver and that speaks volumes of the staff and owner. I would say the review by Aileen B is someone who is disgruntled. It was very clear what I witnessed and experienced is the standard operating practice and not a dog and pony show. Run to Mani/Pedi...you won't be disappointed. read more
