Philip, the owner and his wife, are definitely amazing people. Kind and Friendly. We've know them since they were in March Lane selling Karaoke and Audio Equipment. Now, they have opened up this spot and everyone loves it. I can get in trouble buying knickknacks of anything just because hahaha. - Definitely experience their specialty of BOBA Drinks. - They also place larger order for parties for Turon is a hit! - They are quick and fast since they have a full staff! - My only downfall is only for their staff can smile more, it goes a long way if you want people to come back. It does get disappointing when we buy alot of things and the staff doesnt look to friendly. Sorry just my take but otherwise Philip and his wife are super amazing people. I like this store however.... They charge you for the sweet and sour sauce if you buy lumpia which I find it weird as they shouldn't. The girl gave me my order with a small dish of vinegar! I came home excited to eat palabok as I had been craving it. What a huge letdown or disappointment!!! Yuk!! The so-called version of palabok had 2 shrimp, one fried egg, a sliver of lemon & thick BROWN gravy. The sauce taste awful! It tasted like adobo with sugar & vinegar! I have passed by this store a couple times. Decided to stop in and take a look. They have groceries and hot food to order. Fully stocked shelves and very clean. I was able to pick up a couple items I never seen before like lobster paste and shrimp Boullion cubes. They have the green tea ice cream that I really like but I will get that next time. I wanted to order chicken lumpia but they only had pork. I hope they add chicken and shrimp lumpia to the menu soon. My favorite!! read more

If I could give negatives stars, I would. I have never in my life encountered an experience like this with my family. This incident happened earlier today. So we went here to get two boba drinks, a halo-halo, and banana lumpias. Once we got our orders, we went on our way home. On the way, my youngest daughter complained that her drink didn't taste right. Everything else was fine. Once we got to our home, which is about 10 minutes away, my youngest daughter decided to separate her drink and the pearls. Then noticed the pearls weren't cooked right. So we decided to go back and get a refund. Once we got back to Manila, it's when things all went bad. My wife addressed the situation to the owner, Sharon, that the boba was undercooked and we would like a refund for this one drink. As the others are fine. My wife tried showing Sharon the pearls that came with my daughter's drink. But she didn't even care to take a look at it and just walked away in the middle of my wife still talking. She then came back with a fresh cup of boba from the kitchen. She then yelled "You accuse me that my boba is not cooked?" My wife responded with "Wow, you didn't even listen to me with what I'm trying to say. That I'm talking about this drink here, these pearls. Not what you brought out from the back." Sharon then proceeds to say. "You see this! This is cooked." My wife said she understood that those pearls are cooked but not the ones that came with our daughter's drink. While my wife was trying to show and explain to Sharon, Sharon became upset and couldn't control herself. She completely lost it. Sharon (the owner) decided to call my wife "uneducated" and said that my wife's mom "didn't raise her right." So, my wife called her "stupid" for not listening, and that "it wasn't necessary to say all that." Then, Sharon called my wife "A fucking stupid bitch and a fucking liar!" That we (as a family) came and "interrupted her business", and that she will "call the cops on us." My wife replied with "Go ahead and we'll wait for them." Sharon told us to "Fucking leave her store!Because her store was busy." My wife said "No, not without our refund." Sharon went on and degraded my wife and REFUSED to give us a refund. So my wife approached Phil (co owner/ husband?). He was present the whole time as he was ringing up other customers. My wife told him we wanted a refund, and he agreed. As he was getting our refund, Sharon shouted in anger for Phil not to give us a refund. Once we got our refund he told us "Just leave!" As Sharon kept cussing and jumping up towards my wife behind the counter. Like she wanted to assault my wife. She keep saying "Fucking bitch!" repeatedly . My wife said that we will "Never be back!" We noticed several families leaving as they were disgusted with how the owners handled this situation. Sharon didn't care that there were family with children around and continued cussing in a threatening way. My daughter had to witness this as well. All this for a refund! Just because they own a business, does not give them a right to treat a paying customer this way. I guess they just don't care, as their business must be doing great! Why would they care if they lose a few customers? My wife and I have been business owners for a decade and worked in the food industry for even longer. We know that customer service is really important. To appreciate your customers, because they can go anywhere. Your customers are your paycheck. You do run into certain situations but this is not how you handle it. read more

Today I went alone and just wanted to see their new location and at the same time bought a few stuff and BBQ on a stick. I was very disappointed with the Pork BBQ. It didn't taste like It was Barbecued. It actually tasted like it was deep fried and has that old oily taste. Kind of hard almost like they reheated it by frying it?
