This was my second visit to Lodge Kohler, and this time we made it all about the spa--and wow. From…read morethe moment you arrive, everything feels intentional and elevated. You're greeted with a locker stocked with a cozy robe and spa shoes, then welcomed into a serene relaxation lounge offering make your own tea, coffee, and light snacks (yes, even almonds and yogurt-covered raisins!). The spa amenities alone are worth the trip: a refreshing plunge pool, a sauna with icy cloths, a steam room, a waterfall hot tub, and a stunning pool. It's easy to lose track of time moving from one space to the next. There's a no-technology rule, so check online for photos--but honestly, being unplugged makes the experience even better. I booked the Uniquely Yours massage, and it completely melted away my stress-filled knots. If you can, ask for Diana--she's exceptional. The optional CBD cream was a game changer and elevated the entire treatment. And the shower afterward? Incredible. Multiple shower heads, every product you could need, and even a Dyson hair dryer to finish. I could have stayed there all day. If you're looking to truly unplug and let the stress melt away, the spa at Lodge Kohler delivers in every way--thoughtful touches, luxurious amenities, and skilled therapists who make you feel cared for.

This location has electronic control for the shower so you just push the button for the water and it tells you the temperature, which you can adjust to your preference. Water is provided in the mini fridge (recyclable cans) and chocolates on the bed. Plenty of lighting options in room as well, from a low desk night light, over the bed reading, and full lit room depending on your preference. Perfect location for game days as well. Always excited when I get to stay at a Kohler location.

I enjoyed my…read morestay at My Place however, the stove in my Room did not work (#200) and there was someone living next to me that kept allowing their door to slam onto the metal piece that can be inserted into the door frame to keep the door from closing. This was so annoying especially because I was trying to get some sleep. The most concerning thing though was the behavior of the older Caucasian white woman who is part of the cleaning team. The team consisted of a younger male and female and an older female. I was in the wash room washing my clothes. The gentleman came into the door with a mop but turned around and exited when he saw me in the wash room. I heard him say, "someone is in there." The door re-opened and the older female came in with a mop and she makes the statement "It doesn't matter." So, the gentleman wanted to respect my presence and wait for me to leave but the lady did not care and proceeded to mop the floor. She did not speak to me or acknowledge my presence so I said "hello, how are you today?" She said, "fine" as she looked at the floor. She did not give me any eye contact. She mopped the floor while I folded up my clothes. She swung the mop all around my feet. The mop strings touched my feet. I was livid but I kept my cool. The floor was very wet. She said, "watch your step because the floor is wet" as she walked out. I was blown away!!! There was no concern for my safety as she put me at risk for falling. Again, this was not like a dry mop wetness. The floor was WET!!!! This lady is disrespectful and a liability for My Place.

The waterpark and arcade keep the kids entertained for hours, making it a fun destination no matter the season. A special shout-out to Theresa at the front desk. We've worked with her multiple times over the past year, and she is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It's refreshing to see a familiar face in hospitality, especially when employee turnover can be so common. During our most recent stay, she noticed that our room rate had dropped since we originally booked and proactively rebooked us at the lower rate. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. The facility is starting to show its age in some areas and could benefit from a few updates and refreshes. That said, the outstanding staff more than make up for it. Everyone we've interacted with has been welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they work hard to provide a positive experience for guests. The breakfast buffet was also a great value for families, with pricing of $7.95 for children 12 and under and $14.95 for ages 13 and up, along with a good variety of options. Overall, Tundra Lodge remains a fun family destination in Green Bay, and the exceptional customer service--especially from Theresa--is a big reason we continue to return several times each year.

There is black mold near our windows and you can tell things need to be fixed here. The staff are rude and didn't offer us anything even when the room wasn't ready on time. It appears they do this for a lot of people and its sad. I had to check for bedbugs because if the state of this hotel. I used to love this place as a kid but this went place went down hill. I will not be staying here ever again.

But we noticed that the floors could be cleaner. Unfortunately we just checked before we left. They could have been easily mopped, as we were paying $50 extra for the two dogs per night and stayed a few nights. We checked in the day we were leaving with a tissue with water and rubbed the floor. Dirt was on the tissue, so obviously the floor had not been mopped before our arrival. The breakfast was standard. Typical fare. Bread/toast. Bagels. Muffins. Cereal. Eggs. Bacon. Yogurt. Waffle maker. Apples and bananas. And a few similar things. Of course, coffee and tea and juice. The location was good. I would stay here again, but I would check the floor upon arrival rather than before leaving.

They had some nice touches like free cookies and trail mix. The room itself was nicely appointed with a frig that had a freezer compartment (a plus). The AC, it was in the mid 80's in late October, worked well. The only downside was the room was loud especially you could hear every footstep and clunking noise from the room above. The free breakfast was OK - a bit on the light side regarding some of what was provided but good enough. The price was very good but not a surprise given the days of the week this time of the year.

I have never written a bad review before, and unfortunately feel the need to warn future guests…read more The staff were all super awesome and my stay was overall not bad except for my communication with the General Manager, Amye Matthews, who dismissed my bad experience. I had BED BUGS in my room 226, and although I did not get the majority of these bites until after the 7th night of my stay here (I travel for work), it does not mean that the bed bugs were not present the entire time, as she states. I woke up with bites all over my body, I can't plant bug bites on myself, and the bugs found under my mattress the morning after are evident of that. Per Amye's insistence that the bug bites were not from her hotel since live ones were not found, I greatly stress that my bites ARE from this hotel, and if I could interview the bed bugs themselves to find out why they waited to attack until the 7th night, I would. However, I cannot. I was unable to get any sort of compensation despite having to get a new suitcase, spending half the day at the laundromat, and changing hotels while getting 0 sleep for the rest of my work trip from being just purely disgusted with the bed bugs. I would not have as much of a problem if Amye did not tell me that my bites did not come from her hotel - calling me a liar. This is completely unprofessional and I am still having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that a General Manager talks to customers like this. I have attached picture evidence of the bugs and the accusations from the manager. Amye had originally said my bite pictures in the NEW hotel bathroom were "concerning". So, I have included pictures of my bites (on my arms only, although they are all over my body) from the original video I took the morning of, while trying to keep my indecency hidden.
